Ceiling panel purchase.
Ordered 10 ceiling panels and got delivery of them very quickly and very well packaged. The shipment was damaged through the packaging, however due to clever stacking of panels the minor damage was on rear of only one panel and didn’t impact on my use of panel. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Shower Panel Trim not Like Description, or illustration.
We ordered a PVC shower panel kit consisting of 2 Boards and 3 pieces of trim, plus adhesives and silicone. The trim is described as 'Satin Chrome', and the illustration on the website has (as you might expect a slight sheen to it). However, what you get is a completely matt anodised aluminium finish on the trims, which is very disappointing and will not go with our tile trim and shower enclosure frame. If I had known this I would have purchased all items separately and gone else where for the trim.

Hi Watcher - sorry the trims didn't match with your shower enclosure. We do also supply a polished chrome finish if you can return the satin ones?
