I am very grateful with James Cargo Services with the way they managed my pets arrival to the UK.

I have to say, I’m mighty impressed by the services of Global Pet Relocation and James Cargo Services.
At the beginning, I believed it was going to be such a mammoth task for us to take our 3 yo GRD, Luke, from Bangalore to Norwich. From the expense to physically taking him there, it was not going to be easy. We strived to search for the best pet relocation services and fortunately we found Global Pet Relocation. The team took us through the whole process and answered all our questions patiently. And we had many many questions 😅. They helped us through the titre test, getting the perfect crate for Luke, the paper work involved. All my anxiety was starting to go away. The day came and they picked up Luke from home. We were all very much worried about how Luke is going to be throughout his journey. Friends, family, colleagues…everyone asked where Luke had reached and thanks to the Global Pet Relocation and folks of James Cargo Services who let us know through mails and pictures where Luke is in his journey. He was so happy when he was reunited with his Acchan in Norwich after 3 months apart all thanks to such wonderful people. You can make out that they don’t see it as only work but are actually involved with the pets and love them too. If you want to transport your pet anywhere in the world, do not hesitate to choose the best. In the end, the family should stay together ❤️

We transported our 2 dogs from Hong Kong to London and James Cargo were very efficient and helpful. It can be quite a stressful process but JC were really quick to respond to my queries and put my mind at rest.
Once my dogs arrived in the UK they informed me that they had arrived safely and what the next steps were. They were really good with regular updates.
The driver who delivered our dogs was friendly and helped to make sure we got the dogs out of the crates safely, as one can be prone to running off if given the chance.
The dogs arrived happy and didn’t seem at all stressed by the long journey they had just undertaken.
This is the second time we have used JC and we have never had a problem and highly recommend their services.

Best service for transporting dogs. My 3 dogs travel from Canada to UK without issues and I'm happy that they travelled safely and arrived at my house. It's easy as well with them to manage customs and make sure I can give them my pets and find them in my new house.

The friendly and efficient staff at James Cargo services helped us navigate the difficult task of all the documents etc to get our dog Hunter cleared and back in the UK from Tanzania. Phone calls and emails were always answered promptly and we were always given correct and good advice. I can highly recommend their services. We have a happy boy with his happy dog back home!

I can't say enough about James Cargo Services after flying my dog Gracie from Miami to Manchester UK. I was extremely nervous but the wonderful Morgan & Georgina were so compassionate keeping me up to date via emails & phone calls of her every move when they could. Great communication and incredibly understanding and compassionate staff. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend

Really appreciate their kind treatment for our cats. I could see my cats with safe and good health because of their support.
Timely contact and prompt reply also made me comfortable before meeting cats.

I really cannot praise James Cargo highly enough. They were very competitively priced, yet provided the highest standard of service. Jane and the team at Manchester went over and above, they were professional and responsive, but also extremely kind, and the team at Heathrow put me at ease when I had to hand my dog over for boarding. All genuinely nice people.

What an amazing team! Thank you so much for looking after our fur babies so well. Communication was fantastic, we were kept up-to-date on everything and the whole process explained to us in detail so we were kept in the loop and knew what to expect. Our babies were not even stressed and settled in their new home without any issues, which says a lot for 3 cats and a dog!

I cannot thank the JCS team enough for all of their help and patience throughout the entire process of importing my cat to the UK from Bermuda.

This was my first time moving my animals and had no idea what to expect. Of course I was very nervous about flying my cat in cargo. From the start of the process all the way through to collection, the JCS team were so incredibly pleasant and wonderful to communicate with. They provided constant updates throughout all stages of her travel which certainly helped ease my nerves!

After making a mistake myself on import of coral I notified Danielle and her team of the issues I faced a required an agent to clear corals for me. This was handled in the most efficient and professional manner. I have the utmost confidence in Danielle and Alex to handle further business when required. Excellent communication too, always providing updates as and when. I could not ask for a better service.

James Cargo looked after our dog when he arrived after a long flight - they were reassuring and quick to communicate his arrival and wellbeing. They obviously love animals and looked after our precious pet well. Thank you!

We have used James to fly our dog to Sweden twice and trust them completely. They are on-the-ball, communicative and understanding and, most importantly, incredibly professional. It is a huge wrench handing your pet over for an international journey, but with James we do so with total confidence. We are particularly grateful to Rachel who has always gone above and beyond to help to make our dog's journey as smooth and happy as possible.

JCS are the best at bringing pets over to the uk from anywhere in the world. I had a lovely experience with them, hassle free they dealt with everything so I didn’t have to and bought my cat safely to London for me. Very helpful and a lovely team. So glad I used them. I’m an ever so thankful to them all. Would defo recommend JCS. I now have my cat with me at home ❤️❤️
