Getting money to take abroad was quick and simple at John Lewis, the staff were lovely and helpful and even tell you to check the ohm Lewis app to see if there’s any discount or offers.

Great service
I was able to get the currency I needed at a good rate in store whilst I was shopping. The assistant also kindly pointed out that I had an offer available for a £5 discount on my John Lewis card that I hadn't spotted. Great service!

Give great service
Order one day delivered the next day! Great exchange rates, so easy to order on line, have it delivered to my home. John Lewis give great service, and if you don’t spend all your currency they buy it back, the staff are always willing to help great shop. After I ordered my Euros tried to order my daughter some, and because I used my J Lewis card, it was stopped, and blocked, which I don’t mind, just shows they are taking care of there customers, had to phone and speak to the fraud department and within five mins it was unlocked and I was able to order the Euros for her, absolutely fantastic service, and they do look after there customers, so thanks.

Terrible credit card app full of adverts for their own services that I do not want. Things like balance transfer offers and instalment plans. These clutter the screen so you only see 3 or 4 transactions. They refuse to remove the adverts. As far as I am concerned, it is disrespectful of customers to prioritise their marketing over customer experience.

Credit or debit card?
It was disappointing because the cashier did not point out that I would probably be charged a cash advance fee for using my credit card and not suggest using my debit card.
