Beautiful blouse and the package stated size 18. Unfortunately the blouse was only a size 8.

Evri is known for not being a reliable delivery company, so why use them?
Who knows when it will be delivered?

Ordered a top, waited and waited no follow up email, had to contact them to be told it’ll be with me in a few days, fast forward 2 weeks, still no parcel or email, contacted them again to be told parcel was lost, communication was zero, and customer service woman hung up on me, first and last time, oh and still waiting for my money

shoes were not as nice as they looked on screen but the skirt is fine and good quality

I have run these catalogue's for decades & a new problem is emerging; Good choice, easy ordering but returns are becoming problematic as items arrive from multiple different sellers in individual bags & you have to contact the catalogue before returning, even though the seller includes details of how to return within the parcel.
Parcels all used to arrive in bags together by 1 courier, now you could receive 3 parcels delivered by 3 different delivery companies in one day! The other problem is because the items are being dispatched directly from the seller these often arrive a week before they are put on the returns system on line. This means a delay in being able to return your unwanted items. There is also a noticeable decline in the quality of goods, especially the material but manufacturer faults have increased.
