Kloeber - Made To Measure Windows and Doors Avis 

Superb initial contact & provide excellent product ( entrance door in this case), very keen and patient with requirements. Sadly, unbelievably quick to 'wash their hands of work done. Fitters were superb, didn't stop for offered coffee etc, got on with the job (+ helped clear some debris). ~ Only 3* due to this 'caveat'; in their blurb: "passionate about delivering great customer service to self builders, renovators, developers, architects and builders" - meaning, in my case, you are responsible for all prep., which if inaccurate will result in refusal or extra payment + after fitting 'you're on your own'& responsible for any adjustments. . VERY disappointing 'Company' attitude. Probably best that you ONLY deal via builders/architects etc. in order to have some comeback.

After the terrible customer service and 7 months of me continuously battling with Kloeber customer service for them to rectify their fitting errors (all 3 bifolds had to be removed and reinstalled, 1 had damaged a new lintel during installation and 2 others were not fitted square, could even see daylight through panels) I had high hopes that they might have polished their shameful customer service. Oh no. Having contacted them AGAIN 18 months later due to peeling paint, I waited a month for a reply. I called twice during this period and was told conflicting information. This is not covered by their warranty and they were not apologetic.
A good product but let down beyond imagination by shocking installation and after sales service. Sincerely wish we not used this shambolic company.

One of the glass pains in my bifold door needed replacing and the team at Kloeber were excellent at providing the information and support to get the replacement fitted. The team of Sam Tony and Matt arrived on time and were very professional in how they completed the work and kept me up to date. They even cleaned all my bifold windows! Excellent service and the team are a credit to the company.

Cracking product and great team. From sales to surveys and delivery, an all round good service. The fitters were extremely conscientious and made a fantastic final finish explaining every step of the way, so a huge thanks to Tony, Sam and Matt.

After having problems with our patio doors closing, that Kloeber fitted six months previous. We called and Mark came out and fixed them. He explained the problem and was super helpful. The company were quick to remedy the issue and Mark the fitter was great. Fantastic service all round.

Excellent service from Mark today. Our new bi-fold doors would not open but Mark did a great job in sorting out the problem. He repaired and checked the full operation of the doors and then cleaned the doors/ windows and floor and left everything very neat and tidy. Thank you very much!

We had all our doors and windows replaced by Kloeber. The sales experience was good, but from that point the delivery, installation and aftercare have been appalling. The windows were due to be delivered and installed in 2 instalments. At the last minute Kloeber advised they were unable to deliver all of the agreed units causing chaos with our building schedule. On the second instalment they advised they had lost some of our windows in transit and when they did arrive the glass was installed the wrong way around. Since then window 2 window catches have failed and the rubber sealant on one slider has simply fallen out of the window. Despite numerous calls and emails the aftercare team have shown minimal interest and we are unable to use the slider door. Having spent some £66,000 one would have thought they would have been prepared to deal with these issues. This is a sales driven company with no follow through. I regret to add that based on our experience their workmanship quality of product are extremely poor.

We didn't end up purchasing windows and doors from Kloeber so I can't vouch for their longevity and build. Our project fell through for personal reasons. But we'd spent ages with Kloeber in the design phase and they were exceptional (particular shout out to Chris Jones). Very thorough, spent ages with us, accommodated changes. Phoned us up to chase, without being intrusive. Understanding about our plans and alterations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends needing their services.

We had one large Uber window supplied and installed by Kloeber. All the staff are pleasant to deal with, from initial contact, through quotation (Toby was very patient with my many revisions), survey, and then install. Using Kloeber for the first time, we hoped the install would be much better than other companies we've used before and we were prepared to pay more for that hope. Happy to say that we weren't dissapointed. Logan, Callum, and Ben were all courteous, professional and neat. Logan (seemed to be head fitter!) was aware of previous technical discussions during quotation and survey, eg. lugs v direct fix, compriband v silicone, and was happy to answer my questions.

We needed to replace one of our bi-fold doors. We had used Kloeber before and know that the doors themselves are top draw in terms of quality. The company took great care over the planning of the fitting and maintained a very good level of communication with us throughout. On the scheduled day Rees and Dom arrived in good time and immediately got down to work. They brought their own refreshments and no extended breaks were taken. They worked methodically and without complaint (no sharp intakes of breath!!). They were a model of professionalism and efficiency. The fitting was completed in about 4 hours. The tidy up was as impressive as the fitting and left the area probably cleaner and smarter than when they arrived! Overall a great experience for us and an outstanding performance from Rees and Dom.

The bi-fold doors we had installed and manufactured by Kloeber are absolutely amazing, however, bear in mind if any of the glass units become faulty within the warranty period YOU will be paying to have them installed yourself. Their 10 year warranty is NOT as you would expect although it is in "the small print" apparently.
VERY disappointing that you are left to your own devices with the replacement of blown glass or warranty issues.

We intially had kloeber fit sliding doors back in November. Remedial works were necessary, which is disappointing but these things happen. We finally had the replacement slider fitted today and the guys were brilliant. They went over and above, kindly replacing an item which wasnt within warranty. Kind, professional, big big thank yous to Rebecca, Matt, Sam and the very knowledgeable Tony! 5 stars guys

I am a repeat customer and currently have a very large order in place with kloeber.

They have constantly lied and pushed my whole project back, they are utter divas.

Basically they take your money and if you get your windows in less than 3 months it will be a miracle. They lie about dates and will supply you when it suits them.

Despite some initial issues with the fitting of the doors and a long wait for remedial work to be carried out, Rebecca, Tony, Sam & Dan saved the day.

From dealing with Rebecca who was extremely polite, to the team turning up to carry out the repairs the service was exceptional. Tony's knowledge and professional approach reassured us that things would be sorted and they were.

I had new front door and bi-folds installed and arranged by Rebecca, Tony and Sam.
Absolute tip-top service, polite, respectful, friendly and professional, and went out their way beyond that was required to supply and fit my new doors.
