Great service. Items arrived on time and were just what we ordered. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent value and delivery service

Ordered garden furniture better price than other suppliers for same furniture delivered when stated.

Very happy with my purchase. Looks lovely in my garden.
Communication was great and deliver was within a few days.
Highly recommend this company and will use again.

Bought 2 Nova Chelsea Luxury Rattan Corner Sofa Sets for Kobocrete and couldn’t be happier! Delivery was speedy with a courtesy call the day before to confirm. Sets arrived well packaged and are great quality and really comfy. Any correspondence was dealt with swiftly and courteously. Great service and competitive price too.

Had a brilliant experience with this company. Both Bev and Kieran went out of the way to supply my loungers. Communication and delivery were first class. Really happy to recommend them. Shop with confidence

This is a great small business with excellent customer service from Beverley and Kieran. Very responsive to enquiries and really go out of their way to help. Having ordered one set of garden furniture and had speedy delivery once it arrived with them and great service, we ordered another set. Would recommend 100%. Thanks.

A fantastic service from start to end from Beverley & Kieran. The service levels & communication from ordering through to delivery of our garden furniture were first rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sept 20. After searching for a NOVA Patio set cover we found Kobocrete.
The order was very easy and Kieran and Beverley were very helpful. They told us of a delay to our order in to 2021 and at the same time offered an alternative, and cheaper. This was received very quickly and certainly was acceptable.
With no quibble they quickly cancelled our original more expensive order. What absolutely great customer service. Highly recommended. Thank you Kieran and Beverly.

Bought some garden furniture from Kokocrete. Unfortunately it was missing some cushion.

They were friendly and helpful and the cushions were courier to us within 2 days.

Great service

We purchased the Nova Cambridge Deluxe garden set , parasol and base from Kobocrete. The service provided was second to none and I would thoroughly recommend to all. The two things that bring them head and shoulders above all others we have dealt with are 1. Cost, the items we purchased ( approx. 2k) were over 25% cheaper than suppliers in the south of England (Kent and Essex). They were same items by the same suppliers and also delivered a MONTH earlier.
2. Communication, the biggest thing we generally moan about is the not knowing. Kobocrete give you up to date info on your items and also deliver in piece meal so you are not waiting until all items are in so can still have beneficial use. This along with responding to ALL emails no matter what time of day sent is second to none.
Over all I found Kobocrete to be excellent and would thoroughly recommend to all.

Ordered a garden reclining set we were kept up to date by kieran with the progress and it arrived as stated in perfect condition with free delivery. Really happy with the set would buy again from Kobocrete.

Ordered the patio set with firepit from Kobocrete during lockdown. It arrived before the date they gave me and was better than expected. Also I live in Inverness and the delivery charge was only £40. Highly recommend this company. Many thanks again

Absolutely love our new recliners for our caravan. Very comfortable and very sturdy, and they look really good on my decking 👍😊

An absolute pleasure to deal with Company. The price was the best on the web and was delivered weeks earlier than quoted. The e-mails about delivery etc kept me right up to date with my order, and considering I live 600 miles away in the Scottish Highlands there were no problems whatsoever.

The garden furniture came extremely well packaged and was delivered on a pallet with minimum fuss.

Wouldn't hesitate to use this Company again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a very fair price and excellent customer services, especially Beverly whom I dealt with personally.

Amazing service from beginning to end. From my first email to check there was the Nova Cambridge Right Handed garden furniture available to receiving it 6 days later the service was faultless. After being let down after waiting over 11 weeks by another supplier I happened to come across Kobocrete online, I wish I had spotted them earlier!! Emails are answered within half an hour, delivery service used very friendly and helpful. Massive thanks to both Beverley and Kieron. I would recommend this company everytime. I will definitly use this company again. The garden furniture we purchased is fantastic quality. Thank you

exactly what was ordered arrived, took a while but that was covid's fault, not kobocrete's..............

Great service, always kept me updated and resolved any issues or queries I had quickly. Beverly was particularly helpful. I had great confidence in them.
