Kobocrete "The Helpful Concrete People" Avis

Purchased outdoor furniture from Kobocrete. Delivery was ahead of schedule and met all Covid working practices. A couple of questions back to Kobocrete during installation were promptly and fully answered (no referring to someone else or we'll get back to you). Excellent customer service and very happy to do business with Kobocrete in the future. Recommended.

We are really happy with our furniture, and cannot fault the customer service I received, with regular updates for the delivery.

We just need some sunny weather now 🙂

Fabulous so pleased. Beverly was super helpful. 100% customer service.

In the hunt for garden furniture I was extremely impressed with Kobocrete. The service and their friendliness was first class, and the product was of excellent quality.
I would definitely recommend them and would seek to use them again.

Water feature was really good quality and looks lovely in garden

Coping stones turned up chipped after a long wait not very happy

Great service, despite our order being delayed from manufacture (not Kobocrete’s fault), they kept us fully informed and we are delighted with our new furniture!

Top quality products. Lead time can be quite long but worth waiting for.

Love our Nova garden furniture. Took awhile to arrive but well worth the wait.

Thank you for keeping us updated with the delivery,

Great service

We ordered stone pillar caps - excellent quality

Very happy with lead times and product. Kieran was very helpful and gave great advise when I was choosing copings and matching caps. One of the copings came damaged and it was replaced within a week or so, no questions asked. Top job!

Excellent service/ products will use again and recommend to friends

Excellent company and service very apologetic when they could not deliver my order as originally stated and immediately gave me a full refund no questions

We have recently received a beautiful Rattan garden set from Kobocrete, could not get it from anywhere else, sold out, but as promised, they had one set in stock , and true to their word, we now have it in our garden. Delivered a couple weeks later than planned, but was soon sorted and with us the following week. Many thanks to Kieran, he was always just a phone call away, nice personal service.

Initially ordered Garden furniture, and needed a parasol and base to go with the set.
Ordered again from kobocrete - excellent communication and service. Again delivered to NI without any issue at all.

I would highly recomend Kobocrete. They were very helpful on the phone, then I ordered online and within a few days my gorgeous new garden furniture arrived... such a fast and smooth and excellent service.

Great customer service, helpful, friendly and very prompt. We returned to buy more items from Kobocrete because of it, and the service was as good as the first time. Couldn't ask for anything more - thank you.

Excellent Company, I would recommend them to all. My garden furniture arrived quickly and well packaged. I received regular communication and updates. Everything was perfect. High quality item at a great price with great service.
