Krispy Kreme UK Ltd Avis 

My order got lost and then found by DPD,but being perishable and all i reached out and Lynn from customer service,made sure everything got sorted right away. Polite and fast response.

The one star relates only to the app. It keeps doing me out of the correct amount of smiles. Had my account corrected several times now but it still goes wrong. Talking with the chat bot takes you round in circles. I gave up!
Nothing wrong with the store or staff, the app is the problem.

Just checked my account and chat bot assistant has awarded me my missing smiles. Thank you. 😀

Why do you need my mobile details and email account passwords to access the app?

Having been locked out of my account and password reset requests not landing in my email account, I contacted Customer Service.
'Rebecca' has been brilliant, and gone above and beyond my expectations in sorting this out for me. When all else failed, I had to set up a new account, but Rebecca has transferred my existing Smiles for me. When Customer Service in general can be very hit & miss, it was really refreshing to deal with someone who was exceptionally helpful & very quick to respond to my emails. Every company needs a Rebecca in their customer service departments!

I left a bag with my prescriptions in your Belfast Shop I sent a message on line and Rebecca came back very quickly to give me the no to ring as the Belfast no was not listed on your site I then rant and spoke to a very pleasant lady and he had my bag so thank you Rebecca for you prompt reply

Call up as I had issues with the address and Rebecca fix it straight away with no issues. She was so help

I was due a delivery today and it was showing as delivered but I didn’t have it. I did the online chat with DPD and they just told me to contact Krispy Kreme’s. So I did live chat again and within 5mins Rebecca got back to me. My parcel had been delivered to wrong address not that near either. Anyway I was offered a replacement and so that was good. Then 10 mins after that DPD appeared with my parcel so someone must have contacted him to retrieve it. Very good fast response from Krispy Kreme☺️thank you

Having ordered a selection of delicious KrispyKreme doughnuts for home delivery I realised that I had entered the wrong DPD delivery date. However, as I had placed the order the previous day, I rand Krispy Kreme customer support and the call was handled by the lovely Angela who went above and beyond and changed the delivery date. Brilliant service and many thanks to Angela.

Lynn in Customer Care was very helpful in helping us to identify where our 'missing' donuts had gone. She provided a proof of delivery with a photo from DPD which enabled us to contact the home and find the donuts!

Lynn specifically assisted me with an issue with care and understanding. May I add,I am very happy with the service I received from her colleagues too

Rebecca was very helpful and understanding when I called. She was empathetic and I appreciated the great customer service.

Rebecca was extremely helpful when i had a technical issue regarding the Krispy kreme "smiles" being allocated to my account. All the advisors i have ever had contact with have been more than helpful.

I received such a great follow up service from Rebecca today. I made an error with regard to my delivery details. Rebecca went above and beyond to ensure a 15 year old family member receives his birthday donuts. Thank you so much Rebecca. I really appreciate.

The chat I had this morning was quick to happen as I sent off a ticket and got engaged with a member of staff immediately "Rebecca".

I am very happy with the answers I was given after the amount of questions I had prepared as this order would be for a wedding!

The chat service was very helpful and supportive in my endeavour and now I feel a lot more confident about making the purchase soon!

Regular consistent Taste on all Platters

My customer care advisor Angela was amazing! There was a bit of a dilemma regarding a delivery not turning up, my son had a wobble… I had a wobble 🙈 Made contact with Krispy Kreme and Angela replied with empathy and understanding, to most it will seem trivial but we are a household of multiple disabilities ASD being one. Angela took the time to not only understand the issue, but to also offer help and she was so kind and friendly. On speaking to Angela today, the help she gave. To some may seem like a stupid small thing, but meant the absolute world to us (my son specifically) it’s the first time ordering online and first time using my APP (didn’t realise you could use it instore too I thought it was just an online account thing, I may be a dinosaur) but what was accomplished today means the absolute world. Krispy Kreme are a big part of my sons world, he even has Krispy Kreme socks. So this offer of help and resolve, along with the kindness and empathy shown by Angela today. It will not be forgotten, some people in customer service aren’t in the role because they enjoy it and that’s evident. Angela took the time and for that I am truly grateful!

Fantastic customer service from Angela when my donuts weren’t delivered by the courier. My query was sorted swiftly and easily, I will not hesitate to reorder again as I know the donuts are top notch! So is the customer service! Highly recommended!
