Ordered 3 pallets of Brazilian black porcelain paving the price was really good spoke 2 yaz b4 ordering to make sure they could drop on roadside he was very helpful and talked me through the whole process so ordered then yaz phoned back the next day to let me know when being delivered then got a message on day of delivery with a time had to move all 3 pallets round the back so out of 120 tiles only 1 broke and I might of even done it myself each tile individually wrapped with plastic protectors on every corner really good company yaz really helpful and delivery driver was great easy stress free process will deffo use again and would recommend to anyone thanks lesta for whole process.

Rarely am I so impressed that I can't find a single flaw, but the exceptional service from LESTA deserves high praise. The whole team provided outstanding support, especially Yaz, who went the extra mile. The delivery arrived exactly on time, with every detail executed flawlessly. Out of the two pallets, each covering 17m2, only four slabs were damaged, which is quite remarkable. The slabs were spotless, free of stone dust on the milled side, showcasing a beautiful texture and uniformity. For any future patio projects, I would unquestionably choose LESTA again.

It's not often that I find myself at a loss for criticism, but LESTA provided such an impeccable service that I must commend them. The entire team was incredibly supportive, with Yaz truly going above and beyond. The delivery of slabs occurred precisely as scheduled, with everything arriving promptly. I ordered two pallets of 17m2 each, and remarkably, only four slabs were damaged, which was excellent. The slabs were pristinely clean, with no stone dust on the milled side, beautifully textured, and impressively consistent. If I ever undertake another patio project, LESTA will undoubtedly be my go-to choice.

Spoke to a very helpful guy Yas 3 times to make sure I understand everything , and to ask about accidental breakage as I'm aware this can happen, all explained so I understand, arrived 3 days after ordering, this is now we're it went down hill, delivery driver must have got our of bed the wrong side, no phone call giving me warning he would arrive, when he did he was quite off hand, I asked if he could just take them round the back for me, straight path from drive to do round, but no, just said can't, more like wouldn't, so we have had to move them off the drive 1 by 1 , where if ge gad brought them round on the trolley they were already on it would have been so much easier.
As a company I would 100% buy from them again, no breakage, they look fabulous, but courier needs a lesson in being more helpful

Beautiful quality slabs with a lovely mix of soft grey tones. Easy to lay thanks to the even thickness, and they’ve completely transformed my patio. Great value and excellent service from Lesta Paving.

Everything went to plan from ordering to delivery to the actual product being exactly as advertised.

Went back and forward trying to decide which company to buy my porcelain paving slabs from and finally decided on using LESTA PAVING. I’m so glad I did. The customer service from the lady in the phone was amazing and ensured that I had everything I need and went above and beyond to ensure that they arrived in time for me.
2 pallets of porcelain slabs arrive and not a single one chipped or broken in transit, each tile individually wrapped and protected before being carefully loaded on a pallet.

I purchased the Anthracite Grey (Country Silver) porcelain slabs, which were very easily to lay and pretty easy to cut, a couple cracked during cutting, but I think that was due to the blade becoming blunt and not the actual product.

Laid the complete patios myself as a DIY project using an angle grinder to cut.

I would 100% recommend this company.

Found them online with reasonable prices. They had also been recommended by a friend. First of all they queried my order because of the choice of my edge stones. And they were right. I'd picked the wrong colour. I then mucked them around with the quantity of stones I needed. They recommended that I initially took less. So I wouldn't have to pay for returning an over order. When I didn't need the extra stone. They promptly refunded me. I would definitely recommend using them. They were fitted about a year ago. And still look great.

This was a rare experience where I am completely unable to fault the service from LESTA.

The slabs were delivered on an agreed date and on time.

I ordered 2x 17m2 pallets, and I had only 4 broken slabs which was fantastic.

The slabs themselves were immaculately clean, no stone dust on the milled back face, nicely riven and surprisingly uniform.

If I ever do a patio again I’ll absolutely be using LESTA as my first port of call.

Phoned up to place an order on thursday at short notice and asked if i could get the delivery the following monday. Not only did they turn up on mondsy but i also was given extra tiles for FREE. Excelkent service and fast delivery oh at very reasonable prices

I have used this company over 10 times in the past 4 years. I have never had a single problem. The delivery had always been on time, the product has always been exactly as they have advertised and yas has always been insistent that any damaged good will be replaced. Although I have never had any... I haven't used another site since... 10/10 every time
