Dalen in Liberty customer services was fantastic! Helped resolve my issue smoothly and was so helpful and professional throughout. Will be shopping at Liberty again very soon!

Love Liberty but had reason to contact their customers service for an issue with the courier service.
Have to commend the customer service team, particularly Dalen , for their prompt action and professional conduct.
My issue was resolved very quickly and more than adequately in a very lovely manner.

Very prompt response and very helpful

I first spoke with Natalie at Liberty London when I was looking for a 21st birthday gift for my grandson, she was very helpful and resolved my question.
My package was due to be delivered the following day, I received notification from the courier that delivery would be latest 9pm on 24th April.
I received an email at 9pm saying the package had been delivered, I checked the front door and surrounding area, nothing, the package hadn’t been delivered.
Following day I called Liberty to inform them of the non delivery, it just happened that Natalie answered the phone, she took control of the situation, contacted the questionable courier!, and arranged for a replacement, very professional, credit to Liberty Customer Service.

Liberty have the best customer service ive ever come across . Nothing is too much trouble. When i think they’ll never sort this out, miraculously they do! I can’t praise them enough.

Customer services response was very prompt - offering some very helpful advice

I ordered an atomiser for my friends birthday and paid £10 for quick delivery. The incorrect design was sent to me. Despite having the order confirmation and photo of the design received Liberty customer service will only let me return - no offer to send the correct item without charging for postage so I lose the postage although it was their error.

The response was excellent and the outcome was brilliant.
A missing product replaced withing 24 hours. Great customer service

Fantastic customer service! I’ve been a customer of Liberty for a long time - because I love their unique textiles. I generally find the online shopping experience convenient and efficient, however I recently had an issue with an online purchase of fabric and unfortunately I didn’t notice until several weeks after the original order was received. I left details with the online AI chat service and received a follow up email from the customer service team within hours, completely resolving my issue by arranging a replacement length of fabric to be shipped immediately. It’s very reassuring to know that Liberty’s commitment to quality is just as high for customer service as it is for their beautiful textiles - thank you!

Liberty customer service is always excellent. On this occasion, an item was out of stock online but they arranged to send mail order from the store . Molly was the customer advisor and provided a prompt, efficient and friendly service .

It was very detailed and encouraging to participate in exploring the products. The makeup artist was very friendly. She helped me pick some products to go with my complexion. She also told us about the techniques she herself uses. We had a fun chat. Everyone was kind and accommodating. We had a sheet with our name where we wrote about the products we explored. It was meant for personal use only, a reminder.

It’s always a treat to go to Liberty, but even more so to have a glimpse behind the scenes and to sit in their beautiful Heritage Suite, sipping a cool drink and learning about a brand new and exclusive collaboration with Rixo. Friendly people, interesting insights and beautiful things. What’s not to like?
