I contacted customer services about a change of address for my delivery. They responded within 12 hours and sorted it all out. The whole experience was very easy, quick and efficient.

i had several issues with overseas…
i had several issues with overseas purchase and the tariffs etc. the customer service rep was extraordinary! followed through, kept in touch and promised to resolve every issue , assuring me she would not let me down! Helpful reply which clarified my question
I had a query regarding the availability of an item. Which was listed as sold out. I sent an email to Liberty and I had a very prompt helpful reply from Katrine.
Unfortunately the item I was after was sold out but I had a very positive experience with getting the information I needed.

Swiftly resolved an issue with my order
Unfortunately one part of my order didn’t arrive by courier. Liberty customer services, Olwethu, dealt with the issue swiftly and within a 15 mins call, cancelled the order and issued a refund immediately. Great work Olwethu and thanks again.

Specifically the Byredo counter, although also been to other areas, they're all amazing at what they do, service is superb, extremely helpful, very accommodating & super patient, if you're looking for Byredo (in my case) go here, 1st class in all areas they offer.

I am delighted with my purchase of the…Liberty Advent Calendar
I am delighted with my purchase of the Liberty Advent Calendar a present for my daughter she is going to be thrilled and get it out every Christmas to remind her of our trips to London from Cornwall and always visit the shop and buy something to bring home. I’m 80 now so don’t know how many more trips I will beable to do and doubt she will do without me.

My first time having to phone customer…
My first time having to phone customer services regarding an enquiry about stock, as promised they called me back within two hours very polite and very friendly , although they didn’t stock the item I felt like my query had been answered and I was more than happy. My granddaughter and I live in East Sussex and we still travelled up to London today to visit the shop. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service
About 10 years ago I would not have given a 5 stars rating as their customer service used to be rather hit and miss.
However they have overhauled it massively and now go beyond expectations thereby deserving the top rating. I have had to contact them twice this year for different product queries I could not solve and both times delivered perfection.
