Great experience
Went to collect something I had bought online. I didn't know where to go to collect so I asked someone who worked in jewellery and he directed me to customer service on the 3rd floor. Tyra at customer service was very friendly and helpful, quickly retrieving my order. Overall very good experience, looking forward to coming back!

Exemplary customer service
I made a mistake with my online order so rang Liberty customer services for help. Kiyana could not have been nicer. She rectified my mistake swiftly and efficiently and showed a great deal of kindness and understanding.

No pressure shopping experience in a beautiful store
Wonderful shopping experience in Liberty. Lovely friendly attentive staff especially on the cosmetics counters. Had the need to speak with customer service the day after our visit, who I have to say went all out to offer a solution to a small problem. Very happy with the outcome and I look forward to visiting again.
