My first time having to phone customer…
My first time having to phone customer services regarding an enquiry about stock, as promised they called me back within two hours very polite and very friendly , although they didn’t stock the item I felt like my query had been answered and I was more than happy. My granddaughter and I live in East Sussex and we still travelled up to London today to visit the shop. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service
About 10 years ago I would not have given a 5 stars rating as their customer service used to be rather hit and miss.
However they have overhauled it massively and now go beyond expectations thereby deserving the top rating. I have had to contact them twice this year for different product queries I could not solve and both times delivered perfection.

I have been a Liberty customer— in person and online— for literally decades. No trip to London is complete without a visit to this iconic store. The quality of products to the top notch 5 ⭐️ service is present every time.
Recently I placed an online order and contacted customer support. Kudos to Kiyana. She was helpful, efficient, and answered all my questions in a very timely manner.

Not a great experience ordering from…
Not a great experience ordering from outside of the UK.
Ordered 5 m of fabric to sew bedding out of, only for 1 m of the fabric not being available. Instead of contacting me and inquiring whether I wish to cancel this part of my order the remaining part is being sent (even though I now have no use for it whatsoever) I have to not only return it, but also pay a fee for having it processed upon entry into my country. When trying to a way to contact liberty I was met with a FAQ and AI based of the FAQ, which wasn’t very satisfactory.

Great experience Loewe & SUQQU
Great experience at the lovely Loewe & SUQQU concessions in Liberty.
Loewe, gorgeous products, testing was much better using their stones to spray test instead of those awful paper testers. Really knowledgeable lady advising. I was just about to exhaust the range when she came up with the new fragrance, perfect, love it. Thank you.
SUQQU was equally well informed. The lady on SUQQU advised me on their ingredients and introduced me to new products, lovely experience and so helpful. Thank you Liberty!
