Absolutely useless company instructing…
Absolutely useless company instructing Integra to do the legals on a simple remortgage. Couldn’t sort out the basics and lied about what checks they had done prior to Integra own checks.
Terrible service overall and ended up costing HSBC the business as they made it so difficult I didn’t bother going through with the remortgage.
Wait for the terrible standard response below which is the same as every other negative review….. oh- there it is!

Avoid
Used them "free" as part of a remortgage deal package with a lender. Big mistake. Very difficult to deal with, asked me to fill out the same information more than once and added multiple extra costs like a budget airline. After I called to complain about this and inquire about cancellation, they decided to cancel without formal instruction, and did not tell me. I only found out about this when calling for an update. It seems they cancelled and then sent me 2 welcome letters, and allowed me to fill in their online forms. Avoid.

You have to pay £6 to complete your ID checks. This was a surprise expense (which isn't event the issue)
I paid to verify the ID checks, and now a week has gone by and LMS are saying the funds haven't been received. My bank has already confirmed that payment has been processed, however LMS use PayPal to receive payments and for whatever reason, PayPal are holding the funds. This is not reassuring as remortgaging is a big thing, and LMS are making their payment issue my issue. Which is unprofessional. I do not understand why the "UKs leading conveyancers" are using PayPal to deal with mortgages. This is terrible and I hope it gets resolved ASAP.
