Cruise specialist was really helpful, if the website allowed you to choose which airport to depart from rather than deferring to London that would be really helpful

When a seating crisis develops on an imminent flight, you need an expert who is calm & professional to handle this situation. Lou Albert came to the rescue when the airline was not being consistent with it's ability to resolve an issue. Lou as requested phoned back with the situation resolved. From the outset, Stuart has been very helpful answering all our questions by email and then by telephone, this is our first time using LoveitBookit and our first ever cruise, so we were a little nervous about booking, but Stuart was able to give us some first hand experience as he had been on the cruise.

As I wasnt dealing face to face with a travel agent , I had many questions to ask Olivia.... my 'telephone travel consultant' All my questions were quickly answered which gave me the reassurance and confidence to go ahead with the booking. The booking confirmation was delivered to my inbox.... together with a full breakdown of the booking... within an hour. I also have Olivias direct telephone number should I have any further questions about any aspect of our cruise.

I’ve just booked a Mediterranean cruise with Love it Book it and I am very happy with the service I have received from Olivia.
