Had been looking for a new car for a couple of months. Loved my previous Audi and Mini so was fixed on purchasing from either of those brands. My husband however recently purchased a Mercedes car, his service from Nikki was exceptional it made me consider Mercedes for myself. From start to finish Nikki made the whole purchase stress free. She made me feel at ease and I felt confident with my purchase. She took time to take me out for a drive as I hadn’t driven an automatic.
