Lucky Eleven Avis

This is the second time I have bought jewellery from this company. The earrings are absolutely beautiful and they wear well, do not lose there colour and still continue to shine after a long time of use. I will definately buy from here again.

Wonderful earrings. I have very sensitive ears and these feel really comfortable. The delivery was quick and the items were beautifully packaged! 10/10 will definitely shop here again!
Thank you!

Received the Sofia Rainbow Hoops today in silver- love them!! Thank you

Excellent items and super quick delivery
I love the choice of earings.

The item was sent quickly, packaged really well and there’s been no tarnishing so far!

Really easy to navigate the website. The earrings came quickly and my wife is very happy with them. Thank you!

My earrings arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Great price as I got an introductory discount. The earrings are so comfortable too.

Ordered a mystery box, received some gorgeous earrings (my request). The quality is amazing I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings from Lucky Eleven but when my order came, one of the pairs was out of stock. There was a note to advise along with an additional pair by way of apology. I really wanted the Estella Hoops and have had wonderful communication with Bethan whilst waiting for them to come back into stock. Genuinely feel like I’ve made a friend. It took a little while to get them but throughout the delay, Bethan was absolutely fantastic. Kept me up to date and made me feel like a valued customer. Delays can happen but it’s all about the resolution and communication and Bethan was five star! Now to the jewellery it’s truly lovely and I’m really happy with my choices. Honestly can’t recommend the jewellery and service more. Thank you, Bethan - you were wonderful.

My first order and it didn’t disappoint! The only problem I had was choosing which earrings!

Quality is outstanding and the cherry charms are super cute, really love them! Delivery was quick too, Definitely will be ordering from again!

Absolutely love this jewellery.. i never take my huggies out. They don't irritate my ears and never tarnish!! Have had so many comments on how pretty they are 😍
The delivery is super quick and the packaging is so pretty and personal. Would highly recommend!!

Ordered earrings on the 23rd June, received a confirmation email & read on the website they ship within 3 days. Had absolutely no communication since with the exception of a reply to me asking where my order was as it was for a holiday, told it was shipped & would be delivered soon that was on the 1st July, so 1 week ago, still no order & still no further communication despite me goinf back again to ask for a tracking number.

Love this jewellery! Originally bought for holiday so I could just wear 24/7. Lasted through the suncream, sand, water etc and still looks perfect. I now have a few different pieces and love them all. Quality is fab and always quick delivery

Lovely earrings, good quality and easy to wear
Timely delivery well packaged
Would totally recommend

Quick delivery, items are perfect so happy with the quality x

I purchased a micro Huggy clip loop ear ring for my helix piercing, the size is absolutely perfect and they came in choice of colours which is fantastic. Delivery was just a few days and I received comms when my purchase was dispatched. I like the hoops so much that I will purchase some more. The quality of the product is lovely and well made. Thank you so much
