I had been looking for a new MacBook for a while, but wasn’t sure what to get. Customer service was great. They payed attention to my needs and set me up with a perfect MacBook Pro within my budget. I would absolutely purchase from Macs4u.com again! I ordered my MacPro at 4:45Pm on Friday afternoon and it was shipped the same day. Customer service was AMAZING! They responded to my email immediately and my flawless laptop was delivered with my free case days later and just in time for my birthday. I was so pleased with the experience that I shared it with my cousin and she purchased her own laptop the same day. Thanks for an awesome experience Macs4u.com. You've got a repeat customer in me.

Great purchase- timely delivery
The Mac air I purchased was in perfect condition. Since it came with a hard case I assumed the metal cover was marred, however it was in perfect condition. I received it within 36 hours of purchase. The price was reasonable. Couldn’t be happier.

Just purchased mine on 3/27/2022
Just purchased mine on 3/27/2022. I got a late 2019 i7 16 inch mac graded as Excellent condition. My initial purchase was approved, then denied, then switched to manual verification. Not sure what manual means as I never got a phone call or anything. I called to doublecheck and they sorted it out the next day. The laptop shipped on time and arrived the next day (today) with zero issues. They even called me a few times to give me updates on the shipping progress. GREAT attention to customer service. Even though it's only been a day, the laptop is working great and literally looks out of the box brand new. Not a single scratch or visible wear anywhere on the top case, bottom screen, keys or track pad. The battery only has 100 cycles which is very little use. It also comes with a 1 year warranty from MAC4U and has remaining Applecare warranty as well. SUPER impressed with how this went down.

Quick info on denied status:
- Unfortuantely credit card fraud is something we deal with on a daily basis (as most other online merchants that sell expensive products)
- To combat this, we have the leader in fraud prevention monitor our orders.
- Sometimes a transaction get's flagged and we go through a manual review process for an order.
We try to be very expedient about the authorization so that we can still ship the machine the same day.

The Macs4U experience was first class...
Everything about the Macs4U experience was first class. The only frustration was waiting for the iMac configuration that I needed to rotate through the options. That's not a complaint! Macs4U does such good work, I noticed produced sold very quickly. That's a very good sign for the kind of company with whom I want to do business.

My 13 year old iMac was running slow…
My 13 year old iMac was running slow and couldn’t be updated any longer. I decided to get a MacBook Pro as both my kids have them and are very happy. I’d looked at the macs4u website prior so decided to give them a try. I found a special and bought it! I’m very happy with my purchase. If I didn’t know, I’d think it was a brand new machine. Looks great, runs great! Would definitely recommend macs4u!

They never let me down
They never let me down. I've been buying from Macs4U since 2014 and they always seem to exceed my expectations. The last computer I bought from them looked absolutely new but cost $800 less than a new one from Apple.
