We've made multiple, four, five, maybe six, purchases from macs4u thru the years and have been very pleased with them! Our kids and grandkids have enjoyed their macs. They've been just as described with no issues! The deliveries have been timely with no issues! I'll continue to make purchases from them when the need arises.

Products and service are excellent
I was not able to use the MacBook Pro I ordered last fall, but Mac4U was very helpful in accepting its return. And the older MacBook Pro I ordered in 2018 is still working well. On the occasional times when I have questions, their customer service is helpful. I recommend Macs4u.

I got a GREAT deal on an M1 Mac
I got a GREAT deal on an M1 Mac, easily $300 anything else I found with the specs I wanted, including used Macs on Ebay. The buying process and shipping was fast and dead simple. And the Mac I got was just like new. Very happy!

I think the new computer is wonderful…
I think the new computer is wonderful love it but have a lot to learn. Do wish i had a manual to look at with instruction on how to use different part of this. I am an 80 yr old man and need something to look at with instructions. I am nota business so have to learn on my own. Thank you.

For the longest time (10 years+) Apple has not provided any printed manuals. Here are two tips of how to get to the manual:
1.
- Access the digital manual by selecting "Resources" under the Apple icon - all the way top left side of the screen.
- A little window will pop-up and have a variety of choices, including "User Manual" for all the different Apple models.
2.
- Your model can be found by clicking this link directly: https://help.apple.com/imac/late-2018/#/apd15d4091e2

I love my Macbook
I love my Macbook. Customer service was so helpful both times I talked to them. However, I wouldn't use FedEX anymore. That was the only downfall. Otherwise, I would recommend you to anyone!
