Signature Steak Selection
Had the Signature Steak Selection. Arrived in a well insulated box with ice blocks. As cold as it when it was packed.
Sirloin and Fillet were excellent. Certainly would recommend.

Great service, great meat.
Great service, i thought i had messed up my order from a delivery to a click and collect . A quick email to find meat was being delivered , common sense had prevailed , a drive of around 122 miles did not make sense for my location, thank you Michael.
To top that, the steaks that arrived are of excellent quality,good sizes and a gorgeous Tomahawk to boot - guess what was had for Sunday lunch the day after delivery.
There will be more orders from us in the future I will try to get it right next time , thank you Malpas farm team!

Malpas Farm Shop
Used Malpas Farm Shop for the first time. Ordering was easy offering a wide range of meat products. We ordered a large amount of steak. Delivery was great, they gave me plenty of updates as to when it would arrive. It was packaged well and tasted absolutely delicious. Definitely would recommend them and use them again.

Always a great service
Always a great service, Tomahawk steaks are our favourite, but I also love the Pork joint. Freezer is full of delicious products from Malpas

Another treasure trove of delicious products. The chicken breasts/fillets are enormous! Steaks have also been exceptional. High standards of butchery and my favourite “go to” Family butcher. Packaging and delivery excellent. Well done Malpas 🥰

Not a happy customer
Not a happy customer. Have ordered before and generally been happy. This time my order was over £100 but two items were not what I ordered. Querying this I was told it was substitutes as they were inundated with orders. If I order something, that is what I want, not something they think, I might like. I was told I should have made mention of this on my order. I feel they should have contacted me had they not had what was on my order. Definitely did not like the attitude of the reply to my email. Don’t think I will be ordering again, many butchers around offering a similar service.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you were disappointed with both the substitutions and our response to your email—it was never our intention for our reply to feel dismissive.
At checkout, customers can choose whether they are happy to receive the closest available substitute when an item is out of stock. As substitutions were permitted on this order, we replaced the barbecue brisket with a similar brisket joint and the bone-in pork chops with boneless pork chops. We always endeavour to provide the closest possible alternatives rather than substantially different products.
We appreciate that these were not the exact items originally selected. However, the substitutions were made in accordance with the preference chosen at checkout and were the closest available alternatives. We have nevertheless taken your comments regarding our communication on board.
We bought the steak deal
We bought the steak deal. Sirloin, fillet and tomahawk. They have all been absolutely fantastic. Top marks and will definitely purchase it again. We also had a gammon joint which was beautiful 😍

Malpas farm butchers are very good.
Easy to order and was processed and delivered promptly. All correct.
We have had the fillet steak and Tomahawks and the Sirloin in bone. They were very tasty and excellent. Top quality butchers.
