I want to thank Abbie Rose from Customer Services for sorting out my order for me. I am very pleased with the level of service I have received from Mermaids and am also very pleased with the quality of the bikini I have purchased.

I placed an order with mermaid swim a few days ago it came very fast unfortunately there was an issue with the bikini I had order, within minutes of emailing customer service I had a reply from Abbie rose to apologise and she sent out a replacement with no hassle hand down the best customer service I have received ordering online

I would really appreciate it if Daisy contacted me as i ordered a dress from you which was faulty, it was in the sale (no where was it made clear that sale items were non refundable) otherwise i would of not made the purchase! i sent the item back as it was badly made and faulty for it to be send back to me and have been refused a refund, not only has it cost me money to return but now i have a faulty item and out of pocket even more/ I just really want a refund as my per my consumer rights.
Im appalled with the service/

Well I had to write this review as I havent stopped laughing since I tried these dresses on. I bought 4 of the arabella dresses, some swimwear and cover ups. I'm a 10 but ordered 2 sizes too big after reading a few reviews. Swimwear is nice and fits coverups are okay aswell even tho one is more like a belt that a skirt 🤣 anyway I tried the arabella dresses on and OMG they don't even cover my boobs I ordered the largest size so I'm not sure where the dresses in some of the pictures are from because there is a girl with much bigger boobs than me with one on and it fits her fine, mine however just covered my nipples, my husband thought is was some new kind of lingerie. At 30 odd pound the dresses are cheap enough so I've cut off the tops, pulled a different one through, and they are good to go.
If you are ordering these dresses keep in mind it's way more revealing than in the pictures.

The bikini that I purchased looked nothing like the actual product, the bottoms barely covered my private area- so I returned the item.

They then refused to refund me and did not to begin state the specific reason why. This leaves a customer feeling untaken care of and very much in the blue. After getting back to me they explained why which i accepted.

If you’re unsure I would be careful, as with any smaller brand.

My package was supposed to arrive before vacation and I have not received it. I’ve emailed twice asking for tracking information and there’s been no response. Order #105423

Abbie is the kindest! My country was not added to the shipping list and she made it happen super fast! Also, kept me in the loop when the second order was delayed by the courier conpany. The clothes are comfy and very unique with excellent quality!

I recently ordered from Mermaids Swimwear and my order was lost in transit (not their fault). Abbie at Mermaids helped every step of the way from investigating where the package was and how to get it to me quickly in time. Abbie also refunded my delivery fee. Unfortunately I had to return some items that didn't fit me and again Abbie helped to get the refund turned around really quickly. I really appreciated the support.

Order took 30 days to arrive to my post office. I was already away on vacation. So asked them could i return much to my disappointment, I had been told 5 to 10
Working days for my delivery. I was told i could have a full refund when i explained the situation, which i was satisfied with and a discount for next time. I felt relieved that customer care understood. 5 weeks later still no refund. I have emailed numerous times over the past 2 weeks and no response. The last response I had was that the package was still in my post office and they would look into it. It was due to be recalled by Mermaids 4 weeks previous. This is not my professional duty so this should not halt the consumer receiving their refund. It seems a lot of the same issues below. I seen comments being deleted from their instagram regarding same and customers who received shein labelled goods. I will never order from them again. So disappointing. I had such high hopes. I spent a few hundred euros. Still awaiting a refund.

Since my review 24 hours ago. Daisy the founder of Mermaids has contacted me to discuss the situation further. She expressed she had made attempts over the last number of weeks to track the parcel down. She did apologize and has refunded me my order in full and given me a further discount for any future order. I am satisfied with the outcome but extremely disappointed and exhausted it took such lengths to get to this point. Daisy has been lovely to deal with and its shame her team let her and her business down on this occasion. Hopefully what has happened on this occasion will serve as a learning experience to aid positive changes going forward for Mermaids. I do believe Daisy herself has the best intentions and hope her team do better in future.

Do not recommend. I was unable to use the items as I had to return home due to my mum being diagnosed with a brain tumour and almost losing her. I returned the item When things had settled (just over a week later) and was told I would not receive a refund. When I informed the company of the reason for the later return, I was told company policy ‘clearly states’ X. As a ‘small business’ whom expects the compassion of others, it’s very disappointing to see how much compassion you are lacking. Even if the tone adopted was more respectful I could have dealt with not receiving a refund. You may have a returns policy of 14day, but you are evidently losing future custom which is worth much more than one return!

Unexpected expedited shipping free of charge so I can get my items before vacation. THANK YOU!

My order was lost by Hermes and Daisy (founder) was very lovely throughout this process. She offered to resend the clothes free of charge but I was away by this point. She had processed a refund quickly with absolutely no question or issues - they have even given me a discount code for my next order. I am excited to buy from them in the future, the level of customer service is fantastic, very quick response and I have been very appreciative of this. My item came so quickly and I have fallen in love with my order.
