Material is awful
Material is awful, it broke the day it arrived. I brought the two piece cover up set for £40 and was definitely not worth that, it looked so cheap.

CHEAP MATERIAL, OVER PRICED, POOR QUALITY
Bought the HEDI SATIN co-ord in two colours, I returned one over 2 months ago and am still waiting for the refund.
The second set I wore once and the zip broke immediately, top also not long enough to tie around the body. Really awful quality, cheap material and poorly made, waste of £50+. I am also 5’8 and bought the large set, it was so long I ended up have to take off/hem nearly 7 inches off the bottom of the trousers.
Was a shame as the style looked nice online, would not recommend

The parcel that never came
I purchased their famous set on the 3 of august before going on holidays and I’ve never received it.I live in France and the shipping fees they made me pay were astronomical considering the fact that I had to pay in euros.
Also when I try to find my parcel online there hasn’t been an update since the 6th august it’s still somewhere in a whare house in Netherlands
Needless to say I’m very disappointed and that I will do everything to get my money back

I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service you have received at Mermaids Swimwear.
I can see that you placed an order for our Sicily Set on the 03/08/2021 at 11.10am and we dispatched out your order on the same day at 3.56pm. As we are based in the UK, the shipping price we charged at the time of purchase to France was £8.99 which we believe to be a pretty competitive price post Brexit to the EU for an independent brand.
As you can appreciate once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse we are highly reliant on our carrier to provide an efficient and safe delivery within the timeframes they advise us which we forward to our customers.
I can see you did not get in touch with us until the 23rd of September 2021 notifying us that your parcel had not been received and we then requested further information on your order to assist you with your parcel query and we have still not received a response.
I can see a refund was issued to you on a few days later as the carrier confirmed this parcel was lost in transit and the carrier accepts full responsibility for the delay.

Awful quality and terrible customer service
I purchased a bikini for my daughter. She tried it on carefully. The quality and fit was terrible and I returned it. After over three weeks I have received an email saying it dies not meet their return standard. I have asked them to return the item so that I can assess, they have not done so. They surely cannot keep payment and the item. Awful company with terrible customer service.

Appalling service
Appalling service. I purchase a bikini which I didn't even try on.
The bikini when it was delivered looked nothing like on the site. It was about 5 x the size it should have been and of poor quality. There was a dye mark on the back. I didn't try it on and re-packaged and returned it. They've confirmed that it doesn't meet the returns requirements and refused to return my money.
I will never use this company again and implore others to boycott them. Disgusting service!!!!

No parcel and no money back
I ordered bikini and i never recieved my parcel.
They made me money back but only for purchase, and 25 pounds for delivery they coudn’t refund. So unprofessional, i was so upset to order on such sh***y website…

Made 3 orders with next day delivery…
Made 3 orders with next day delivery service which I paid for but they never arrived on the next day. I got my items days later on all the orders !
When I emailed them about it on the first order, they said that it was due to a technical issue. I do not believe this as it happened with other orders aswell!
DO NOT provide a service, if you cannot make it happen !

Our next day service is provided by DPD which we pride on being the most reliable, efficient and safe delivery courier in the UK.
Unfortunately as you can appreciate once a delivery has left the warehouse we are highly reliant on our carriers to provide the service sold to us as a company.
If you can kindly provide us with your order numbers we will happily look into this for you and refund the delivery paid as we agree if the service was not met you should be not be liable to cover this.

catastrophic quality! even aliexpress does better! I buy 3 dress
I paid 132,68 for 3 dress + 26,04 for the custom + 17,50 for the return so the total is 176,22
I had to send several emails to have a refund, they refunded me 104€ so if you want to loose time and money this is the right place

As explained on our shipping page, any orders placed outside of the UK we do not charge duty and taxes on your parcel and this is to be collected upon your order arriving into the destination country and is responsibility of the customer - unfortunately as this fee is not collected by us at Mermaids, we are unable to issue a refund on this.
As a small independent business, we aren't able to offer free returns at this time. As we continue to grow as a company this will be something that we will look into to better improve our service.
I can see a full refund on the returned items was issued on the 26/05/2021 2 working days after your return was received at the studio.

Warte seit Längerem auf eine Bestellung. Keinerlei Rückmeldung. Man kommt sich langsam verarscht vor.
Paypal Support habe ich bereits kontaktiert, dass ich mein Geld wieder haben möchte.
Habe bei anderen Shops am gleichen Tag bestellt, auch aus UK und sogar aus China. Alles ist bereits schon da. Nur hier komischerweise nichts.
Einfach Enttäuscht.
