Great shower head, very futuristic looking and works great.

Product arrived on time, was super easy to swap and makes such a difference to the shower in our ensuite. The unusual design looks quality and my shower experience is so much better. Not sure how it does it, but the eco shower handset means i'm saving money on my heating and water bills too. What's not to love! I loved it so much I bought another one for the family bathroom.

Methven . as always, have gone above and beyond in dealing with my customer service enquiry. They dealt with the request for replacement parts very promptly.

Won a Maku shower head it was very easy to change over and it does an excellent job and very nice pressure can highly recommend this company

Good the movement mechanics could use a little redesign

Had the Methven boiling water tap now for nearly a year. Installation by a qualifier engineer was brilliant and in the price! Had an issue with the boiler to start with, sent another engineer out straight away to fix it. Don't know how I lived without it. It's brilliant and really stylish, fits in with the new kitchen a treat

When we moved into our house the Methven shower already installed had a lose handle which wouldn't work. I called Methven customer service and they were incredibly helpful. Within a few emails I have a replacement part on its way. Thanks Kim, you've been brilliant!

I bought a Methven tap in 2014, it is still looking good, a well made tap. Recently it has started to drip occasionally, I contacted Methven for a replacement cartridge, the customer services team were on the chat in very short time, they checked stock and replied to me when they said they would and are sending me a replacement cartridge as a good will gesture. Great service, could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

If you are looking for a company who delivers outstanding customer service then Methven is the one you need. I had a problem with my shower cartridge and the customer care department had the problem resolved almost instantly. A replacement part was sent out the same day. The shower is now fixed. Excellent customer service by the methvan team.They responded my request within 6 hours of me reporting it.They made sure that I would recivelleve the filter parts on time and also helped me through step by step process to replace the filter.It wouldn't have become much clearer without their help.
Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my shower but after a couple of emails from Kim, she had pointed me in the right direction to the part I needed. After receiving the part the problem no longer exists. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Customer Service. Had an issue with a pair of Gold cloakroom taps which were about 3 years old whereby they started to look marked etc despite only ever cleaning them with warm water and a soft cloth.
After an email from Danielle I did as suggested and purchased new ones direct from them which were delivered next day, they arranged for return of my marked ones for testing and today they informed me they were issuing a credit for these.
Overall considering I am only a retail customer all the team Danielle,Kim and Paul have all be exceptionally brilliant in attending to my issue.
This company and its Customer service department are brilliant other companies could well learn from them.

In the last two moths, I have had two problems with my Deva shower which I purchased in 2015. Both Danielle and Kim, from Methven, were very patient and helpful in identifying the model and the parts that were needed. Then as a very generous gesture these parts were supplied direct from them. Outstanding customer service which goes above and beyond the norm and cannot be faulted! If only other companies were this good.

We could not fault customer services in any way. Methven KAHA tap was leaking in en-suite replacement cartridge sent promptly-but no water coming through tap. Another replacement sent but we still had no water coming through but taking it off the water was OK. Telephoned again and had a video chat with CASSIE and she said because of all the problems would send a new tap which arrived the next morning. We do have Kaha taps in our main bathroom on basin and bath. Excellent product but an outstanding customer service.

Bought a complete Aurajet shower rail and head assy from Homebase . The shower head thread would not fit smoothly into the supplied hose and when connected leaked water at the connection point. Tried to resolve issue over the phone with Methven but could not get emails through to them because of some sort of gmail issue. Although i appreciate the help the girls tried to give, without being able to see pics of problem or supply a receipt the whole episode was a sorry mess for what i thought was a high end product . It would have been one star if the ladies in the office were not so helpful. Just bad luck i guess. Got a refund from homebase just 3 hours of my life wasted.
