Excellent customer service with broken 6 year old Deva kitchen tap, part replaced on warranty without a problem. Sent first class postage, what more could you ask for?

We recently replaced several taps in…
We recently replaced several taps in our house but one of the tap tops was faulty. I got in touch with Methven and their customer service was excellent and they quickly sent me a replacement at no charge with no quibbling. I would certainly deal with them again.

Excellent products and service from throughly delightful and fully competent service staff
I am so happy to be able to rate an utterly brilliant experience with Methven UK because my Trustpilot reviews of other companies so far have all been negative and some may be thinking I only post negatives :)
Methven is an international supplier of all sorts and styles of shower valves and taps for domestic and commercial kitchen, bathroom and toilet application.
I have found their products to be well manufactured and robust, yet stylish. My experience is with their UK division.
I am particularly impressed with the fact that they give a TWELVE YEARS GUARANTEE with their taps. They also have an expert help line which will assist in spares matching.
Even more impressive was that when I phoned asking for a couple of replacement tap handles that I had been prepared to pay for, they insisted on sending out replacements completely free of charge.
Lovely to have experienced excellent service well above and beyond basic, from throughly delightful and fully competent services staff.
