MOLLY MAID Avis 

Don’t clean properly or omit to clean at all but insist they have. No set time It’s as and when they get here. Not suitable for people that need a set time of the day. I would not recommend Molly Maid to anyone. Particularly in GU12 area.

I have recently entrusted the cleaning care of my elderly Mum's home to the Molly Maids
Started with a deep clean and we were both so happy with the result...We are now continuing with a bi-weekly clean, I would of said weekly but they said it wasn't necessary so absolutely impressed that they were not over charging my Mum
I plan to take Mum out for a ride and tea or shopping whilst the lovely ladies get to work each visit as she doesn't find it easy so accept the help that is now necessary.
I had read only excellent reviews about them previous to our arrangement and couldn't be happier so far....We came back again this week, walk in it all smells beautiful, everything's gleaming and even special little touches like fancy folded loo rolls and towels brought a smile to my lovely Mum's face She said it's like coming back to your hotel room or cabin Think she's getting ideas!
Also if there are any areas you feel require extra attention just call the office and they'll arrange to put things in place whether a one off or a permanent addition to your plan
What's more for anyone who's struggling with memory issues the fact that they come in the same vehicle and matching uniforms is helpful even if you can't always remember names...

The workers worked hard and did a though job of the cleaning.

For the third week in a row there was a change/mix up for the cleaners.
Also, the under-sheet of the bed was rather crumpled up and I do like the fitted sheet to be tight!
Otherwise, everything is good with the service.

I’ve had the house deep cleaned and will now be having regular cleans every 4 weeks. The ladies do a wonderful job and work so hard. It’s lovely having them here as they are so friendly.

Had Daniela’s team clean our bungalow again today in Dartford as always very professional excellent job and always go over and above her team is a credit to molly maids .

They arrived promptly and cleaned where we had arranged. Both were polite and helpful. The standard of their work was excellent.

Very appalling and rude. I called to make an enquiry about their services and because I’m based in enfield they was going to charge me £360 for a 4 hour job. I simply asked why and they started to get really rude and started to show attitude. After they explained why they are charging that figure ( because enfield is not an area they operate even though they have enfield mentioned on their page) I simply told them give me some time to think about it. The person on the phone then began to become more rude and hostile by rushing me saying “it’s either a yes or no what’s there to think about” their customer service towards new customers is rubbish. How can a company really treat their new customers like this someone who has never used their services before. And even at the end of the call he gave a half hearted apology but then proceeded to essentially ban me from their service due to me speaking up for myself after the person gave me attitude and was really rude. Horrible horrible

I was pleased to be able to book a one-off deep clean at relatively short notice. It suited me to have 3 cleaners working for 3 hours to do a good job.

Great first clean but not as good the second time. Still happy overall but cleaning of the bathrooms weren’t as thorough as previously. Also, the house didn’t have that just cleaned fresh smell when we got home.
