They arrived promptly and cleaned where we had arranged. Both were polite and helpful. The standard of their work was excellent.

Very appalling and rude. I called to make an enquiry about their services and because I’m based in enfield they was going to charge me £360 for a 4 hour job. I simply asked why and they started to get really rude and started to show attitude. After they explained why they are charging that figure ( because enfield is not an area they operate even though they have enfield mentioned on their page) I simply told them give me some time to think about it. The person on the phone then began to become more rude and hostile by rushing me saying “it’s either a yes or no what’s there to think about” their customer service towards new customers is rubbish. How can a company really treat their new customers like this someone who has never used their services before. And even at the end of the call he gave a half hearted apology but then proceeded to essentially ban me from their service due to me speaking up for myself after the person gave me attitude and was really rude. Horrible horrible

I was pleased to be able to book a one-off deep clean at relatively short notice. It suited me to have 3 cleaners working for 3 hours to do a good job.

Great first clean but not as good the second time. Still happy overall but cleaning of the bathrooms weren’t as thorough as previously. Also, the house didn’t have that just cleaned fresh smell when we got home.

Absolutely superb service given. I have mobility issues nothing was too much trouble for the ladies. My home felt so clean and tidy. I look forward to their next visit. They are so friendly and very good at what they do.

They were not wearing uniforms and though we asked for a deep clean it was general. As a general clean it was good but we expected more.

They were all very efficient and worked well as a team and knew exactly what needed to be done.

Appalling service and complete lack of integrity from the Belfast franchise. I paid for a cleaning service upfront, but the cleaners never showed up. They claim thet they did and took photo to prove it but photo was not my house. They also claimed they tried to call me but I did not receive a call and my call list shows no missed calls

Since taking my money and failing to provide the service, the management has completely ignored my attempts to contact them. Because they have refused to communicate or issue a refund, I have now officially reported this franchise for fraud. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a well-known brand—avoid this franchise at all costs.

I have used Molly Maid cleaners in Highgate and thought they were dependable, professional, lovely to deal with and did an excellent job. If I had any problems I wrote to person operating and he acted immediately.

I sent an enquiry for a full house clean and immediately got a call back...from an AI 'assistant'. The 'assistant' told me Molly Maid did not offer carpet cleans or oven cleans but could help with everything else. Since these were the 2 main things I wanted, I decided to look into other options. Since then, I have been hounded with spam calls and emails. They told me they did in fact offer carpet and oven cleans and I have misunderstood the AI 'assistant'. I think it's funny when they thought they already had my money, I got zero customer service but the minute I said no thank you, suddenly I was getting multiple calls and emails a day from actual customer service.

The ladies that came to me were cheerful and polite. They wasted no time and cleaned my home to my complete satisfaction. Thank you ladies.

Faaaabulooous!!! What a fantastic job! Expertly cleaned from top to bottom, moved cupboards and furniture, hoovered and brushed upholstery and carpets, nothing too much trouble - and the staff friendly and cheerful! Absolutely fantastic job - well done Molly Maid!
