Excellent company, the customer service is amazing and the wonderful staff work so hard from start to finish. Wish I had hired this company sooner. The team are incredible and take great care of my elderly mother, They are courteous and professional in every way, If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They leave the house sparkling clean from top to bottom.
Living in the USA and my mother is in the UK, it is a huge weight off my mind knowing she is in great hands with the Ayrshire team in Scotland. I can’t thank them enough. My mother is very thankful to the ladies from Ayrshire, and that gives me peace of mind.

Wonderful simply taken stress out of my life..as being a cleaner for 40 years..I'm welcoming lovely young ladies into my home and they are so very welcome...

I’m sitting in my beautifully clean living room wondering why I didn’t contact Molly Maid sooner!

As a busy working mum, I find it really difficult to keep on top of everything. I made an enquiry and was contacted straight away. I’ve now had two cleans, and both teams have done a fantastic job. Not only is the standard of cleaning excellent, but everyone has been so kind, friendly and efficient too.

When I met Emma, I was struck by her kindness and understanding. I’m always a bit worried because my house can get quite untidy, but she instantly put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable.

I’m now having fortnightly cleans, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I chose Molly Maid. I already know it’s going to make such a positive difference to my life and take a huge amount of stress off my plate.

The ladies came and did the initial clean. I have gone back to Ritu with feedback generally a good clean but more work required on the following:
Toilets water level deep clean.
All radiators need to wipe down.
Skirting boards had dust left on these too

Apart from this a good job

We had 2 ladies come yesterday to do a clean. They did a very good job so we would recommend Molly Maids by the visit we had yesterday.

Deep clean done on elderly dad's house prior to him moving back in following a nasty fall.
The level of cleaning required was far more than I could tackle. I was completely overwhelmed by the prospect.
They worked tirelessly for almost 4 hours, in which time they totally transformed his house. I genuinely don't understand how they achieved such sparkling results in 4 hours.
Gleaming kitchen, which was previously a horror show, and sparkling bathrooms, and the bedroom was transformed to a clean, comfortable place to sleep.
Woodwork all scrubbed throughout the house, and looking brighter than it had in years!
I seriously cannot thank these 2 wonderful women for how hard they worked today and what a huge difference it makes to my dad and the family.
The house is now clean so that I can maintain a good level of cleanliness going forward.
I can't recommend them highly enough, miracle workers xx

Today's visit was a triple cleaning by Emma, Zoe and Tish.
As usual the team were very friendly pleasant, their work was thorough and first class in all areas.
I like the fact that they listen to things I would like doing and leave the house sparkling and smelling fresh and clean.

One member of the team opened boxes and zipped containers to look inside. I complained at the time and will not have that member of the team back again.
Dusting was rather cursory (same person)
I now cannot find unopened medicines (tablets) or the charger for a security watch. Other members of team can be helpful and conscientious.

I booked an appointment for a one off clean with Molly Maids Leicester North. Elaine came round to quote for the full house clean. We live in a 4 bedroom house, I asked for a full house clean, leaving one of the bedrooms out. After looking around she told me we would need 2 cleaners, for one hour, with a cost of £108. She went through the list of rooms & marked which ones were priority, just in case the cleaners didn’t have time to complete any rooms. I booked the clean for the day before we went on holiday (Monday 6th July 2026).
When the cleaners arrived, they were very pleasant, I had to leave the house though so I left them a key. When I returned later, only the bathrooms & kitchen/diner had been done (the ones marked priority). All the other rooms (lounge & 3 bedrooms) had been completely untouched. No hoover. No polish. I had purposefully left the house tidy to allow a full clean to be done. When I returned from holiday I called Elaine, as she had rang me whilst I was away to see how the clean had gone. I told her that I wasn’t very impressed and she said she would speak to the cleaners & call me back the next day (17th July) but that was 8 days ago and I have heard nothing since. I was so disappointed as I had asked for a full house clean, and if that wasn’t achievable in the time allocated, she should’ve allocated a longer time slot! I won’t be using Molly Maids again, what a waste of money.
