Molly Maid did an excellent job. They were very friendly and efficient.

The people who come are friendly and helpful. They come when they say they will. They bring their own equipment and cleaning products. The work is done with no fuss.It is worth the money.

i worked one day with this company , in training , when i wanted to speak after work with the manager in Leicester it was impossible , i ve been told that i ll be payed the week followed but i didnt get any money !!!!!!!!! it was impossible to contact them !!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH ANY COST

Really good people to deal with, punctual, neat and tidy

Lovely service. Quick and efficient. Polite and discreet. Leaves the house looking clean and smelling fabulous.

Friendly and efficient ladies.

This has been such an easy and enjoyable process dealing with this company. I get what I pay for, always on time and great attention to detail. Lovely team who come to the house (thank you Lynsey and Louise)! I’m not tied into some complicated monthly contract and this contributes to the positive experience - it’s not another thing I have to ‘manage’ and so it does the job - to take some responsibility off of me and enjoy my home! Also, the ladies are so respectful of my house and lovely with my dog with is such a plus! Wish I would’ve come to Molly Maids sooner, I couldn’t be happier with it all round!

Flat was cleaned quickly and carefully

The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. They did an excellent job and we are delighted they will be coming again.

The cleaning of the Living room laminate for me was the main reason for employing Molly Maid . This was kept to the very end and a bit rushed I felt . The medium size rug in the middle ( not a heavy or very big rug )was not lifted or rolled up to wash underneath.
Was a bit streaky in parts but some parts did not feel terribly clean.
More time on this aspect would have been appreciated.

I was however glad to have them as it was time saving for me and nice to have the kitchen , bathroom and hoovering done.

Staff were very thorough and courteous and we were very pleased with their work.

Great communication, punctual and did a thorough job.

Received two excellent service from them for my kitchen and bathrooms so far. Excellent cleaning make your house shine. They clean also every visible item for example pressure cooker and decorations hence the all around shine. The staffs are so nice and caring. Highly recommend. 5*****
