We have had the cleaning services for about six weeks. So far the standard has been great, the staff are efficient and pleasant to have around. They have turned up as expected and on time.

We have had 2 cleans now and disappointed with the standard of clean on both occasions. Especially as both were supposed to be a ‘deep clean’ which is more expensive than the regular clean. Job felt rushed (only 75 minutes for a 3 bed/3bath house)

Comments on the cleaning in the July Session.
The cleaners in the first session worked very well and the house was cleaned thoroughly. The cleaners in the second session (July) did some things well, ie bathroom and kitchen and lounge, but I did notice that part of the skirting board in the bathroom were dusty and had not been touched, also in the lobby to the garden, skirting boards had not been cleaned nor the door itself. Some of the skirting boards in the 2 bedrooms had been missed and the door to the main bedroom had not been cleaned.

Overall good but a little disappointed…
Overall good but a little disappointed that I wasn't wowed considering the price. Radiators and skirtings missed, only water, no products on floor as water was thrown into plants so assuming (or hoping not) which means I wouldn't consider it clean. Streaks on some surfaces and mirrors not all done.
