Not too strong and very dry
I'm sure it is a great product for the right consumer. It just didn't feel strong enough for me as a more regular user. 18mg strength didn't hit like the 18mg of other brands.
The pouches are bone dry. Muse suggests on the box to moisten these with spit, not sure if it is the right thing to do.

Hi Sunny,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us — we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that the 18mg strength didn’t feel as strong for you compared to other brands. Every pouch is designed a little differently, and with Muse we use a long-lasting dry format that provides a gradual release of flavour and nicotine. We understand this may feel less immediate for some users, especially those used to wetter pouches.
Just to clarify, our usage guidance (as printed on our tubs and available on our website - https://musepouches.co.uk/pages/how-to-use-muse-nicotine-pouches) states:
"Tuck one pouch between your upper lip and gum. No chewing or swallowing needed. Muse uses a long-lasting dry pouch. Unlike wet pouches, it takes a few minutes to activate. Flavour and nicotine build gradually and can last up to 60 minutes.
(*side note* If you are looking for a faster kick to flavour and nicotine, gently roll the pouch with your tongue to moisten it and speed up flavour and nicotine release.)
Once it’s activated, enjoy the pouch for up to an hour. Once you're done using the pouch, make sure to dispose of it properly. You can either throw it into a bin or place it securely in the storage compartment on top of the can."
At no point do we use words such as “spit” in our branding, labels, website, or communications — and we’d like to reassure you that our intention is always to keep our guidance clear and respectful.
We truly value your comments and will pass them on to our product team. In the meantime, if you’d like help finding the best strength or pouch style for your needs, our customer support team would be happy to assist.
Best regards,
The Muse Team

**Exceptional Quality & Smooth Experience!**
I’ve tried a variety of nicotine pouches over the years, but Muse stands out as one of the best. The flavor is clean and long-lasting without being overpowering, and the texture is incredibly smooth — no irritation or dryness like I've experienced with other brands. The nicotine release is steady and satisfying, giving me a great lift without any crash.
I also really appreciate the sleek, discreet design of the pouches. They’re perfect for on-the-go use, and the can itself is compact and easy to carry. Muse has definitely raised the bar for nicotine pouches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium, reliable alternative!

Great flavour, better strengths, not painful!
The flavour of these pouches are so much nicer than any others I have tried! Also despite having much higher strengths available, they don’t hurt like other pouches too, there’s still a nice tingle but it isn’t a severe burn like I’ve found with other pouches. 100% will be switching to Muse!

Wanted to give up vaping
Wanted to give up vaping, I have tried other methods which didn’t work for me. Never heard of muse or pouches before but thought I’d give it a go. Really impressed! Purchased 4 different flavours and they are all lovely and last a long time. These have really helped me stop vaping, on occasion I think I need a puff, more habit than anything else, no real cravings at all. Some reviews say they are expensive but I disagree as vaping can be expensive, the delivery was fast and efficient, at last I’ve found a way to stop! Thank you Muse 🤩

Amazing long lasting Bursts of flavour
This is a brilliant company, the nicotine replacement pouches are full of flavour that outlasts any other brand. The desire to vape or smoke is diminished when using these excellently designed pouches you put under your lip. The flavour range is extensive and I'm still reviewing 6 flavours I was sent as samples. I will post a full review of each one in due course but so far I'm really impressed, customer service is personal and approachable and I think they are a genuine UK company. Definitely the best Nicotine pouches for variety I've tested and this is the brand I will continue to support. Superb. Thanks 👍

Good Morning, Thank you so much for the wonderful comment and we really appreciate you taking the time to write such lovely words! I am eager to hear what final thoughts soon! Thank you again :)
Great service, great initial taste, but very salty after a while.
I obtained my free pouches to try to help me quit smoking, which I am extremely thankful for, as it has now been 4 days since I last had a cigarette. I ordered cool mint and cola ice (both 6mg I believe). They arrived very quickly
The tingle is great on both of them. The flavour is great on the cool mint, but I do think there should be more of a Cola flavour to the Cola ice one. It feels/tastes like 90% ice, 10% Cola, and personally I would prefer it the other way round, but I know not everyone would agree.
The main issue I have with the pouches, is that with both flavours, after using one for about 20 mins, they become extremely salty, and the salty flavour lingers on my gum for a good hour after discarding the pouch, which puts me off wanting to use this brand. I have experienced similar with some other brands free samples too, but the saltiness wasn't as extreme as the Muse pouches. If you could find a way to cut down or cut out the saltiness that occurs, I'd definitely buy some. And if they didn't have the harsh saltiness, I would be giving Muse 5*. Thank you so much Muse, for the samples. Much love!

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the service, fast delivery, and the initial flavour and tingle of the pouches. Your comments about the Cola Ice flavour and the saltiness are very helpful, and we’ve passed them along to the team at Muse for consideration in future product development.
