TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It was my first time placing an order and definitely my last. Initially, I placed an order as I've seen people talk about how fast the shipping is. I placed an order Feb 26th, with the expected delivery to be March 04 at the latest. Upon shipment, they sent me a tracking # that didn't even update for days, so I requested a new one. The new one worked up until March 14, it stated it was "delivered," but there was no package left in my mailbox or residence. Seems like many others are having this issue on trustpilot reviews. Do yourself a favor and save your money instead of being scammed.

The standard delivery on the EOTD site is 4-10 days, so I bought it in advance for my party.
I haven't received it yet.
When I requested to customer service about it after the expected date last time, I received the tracking number.
At that time, I sent them an e-mail more than 3 times, but they didn't reply for more than 2 days, and they replied to me late.
When I tracked to the # they gave me, they generated labels on the date they answered my request. It's too late!!!
Why didn't you do anything over time?
I'm so angry and disappointed with EOTD.
The eotd order experience is the worst.
It's my first order, but I don't want to buy it in the future because of this one.
You guys broke your promises and you're should to reparation me because you cause harm to me.

At first I though they weren’t reliable but I’ve changed my mind after I’ve placed 3 orders and all of them arrived in less than or exactly a week. I love the lenses and I’m looking forward to buy more with them. They also let me exchange products in the order before shipping when I changed my mind so that’s a big plus :) very sweet sellers definitely recommend

Worst customer service ever. The website design is good but the mobile app design is so bad. On the website before you add to cart you have to select power and they will prompt you to if you didn’t which is what I did and when I was about to check out, there was a pop up message asking me to download their app for free delivery so I did , but it slipped my mind that I had to select a power cause I browsed a lot and knew what I want already and the app auto selected for me 0.00 after I press add to cart. Told the customer service about it and they said they won’t do anything about it

Why are you making it seem like it was my fault when you guys informed me after the package was in transit back to KOREA and not when it was stucked in customs. Usually when I use a alias it still gets through so it sounds like a you problem. On your mobile app, there’s not even a option that says SELECT YOUR POWER, it just shows 0.00 and the Color is similar to the background which blended right in and why is it that your website will prompt you to select the power of the lens before adding to your cart when your mobile app just auto selects 0.00 without prompting, what a terrible mobile design you have. Multiple instances to tell you? Usually people check address only and you shipped my package so fast what do you mean multiple occasion LOL. Please stop recommending people to download your terrible app when it has such a bad design

It’s being almost a month, I still have no tracking or any valid updates of my order. I emailed them dozens times requesting order cancellation and got zero response. Finally when they replied, they claim items from my order were out of stock when my order was “on hold” and instead of refunding they provided me a $30 discount code for next purchase. The items worth almost $50. At this point I’m ready to report scam to FTC and hopefully my review will help you before you place an order with them.
Customer service is really beyond horrible, there was no updates for days and after contacting them they told me one of my items was out of stock, they offered no price match, play dumb, it’s being more than a week since I paid and I still have no tracking no updates of my order. It’s a scam and stay away from this site if you can.

You guys wrote the wrong address on the package and took three days late to ship my contacts. I never received my package and said it’s being shipped back to the sender. I’m a influencer and a royal customer as well and I find this very unprofessional as a international business because I paid with my own money.

I’m in USA! I ordered some contacts on may 25th! We’re june 2nd and products have still not shipped yet! Really wanted to try a new website but I’ll pass on this one. I won’t ask a cancellation yet but I’m very tempted…

I am super impressed. My contact lens order for some reason got turned around and sent back to them, probably in customs. I contacted them and they got back to me right away and have resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I was surprised how quickly they responded to all my emails. Definitely will buy from them again as I have experienced their great customer service and know they are trustworthy.

company’s always fast with delivery and professional. it’s kind of a pain to try to meet the free delivery limit of $75 each time, but this site has the best options and most reasonable prices.

I love ordering contacts through myeotd. The way their website is designed and how you can filter your search with a lot of options is something a lot of contact websites lack. Their customer service is VERY good, since they are located in korea they always responded to my mails around 1 am (germany time). I once had a problem with my lenses and they did not hesitate to either send me a new pair for free or give my money back. I asked for a new pair and sadly the contacts just didnt seem to fit my eye, when I contacted them again they were willing to send lens solution on my next order as an apology even tho that wasn‘t needed at all! The only thing is that I wish they had a normal delivery option instead of express since I have to pay custom fees for express but that is obviously not their fault, the contacts arrive very fast (around 3 days) and that‘s a great thing! id be willing to wait tho if there was a normal shipping method aswell! Overall they are very great and I‘d definitely recommend them
