I am Indonesian living in US for the past year. I checked out my order, and just after that they informed I need to upload my prescription since I live in US. I know what lenses I need but I never had an eye doctor in the US because I didn't live here for long. What's weird is that they already charged my bank account before informing that. I tried to contact them through email immediately after but they never responded, while they only allow cancellation within 6 hours after order took place. They never confirmed whether they could ship my order or not with this condition, they literally never responded. Very bad customer service, low quality mobile app, never clearly stated the requirement to purchase. Don't buy from them.

Update: the seller responded my email after 3 days and 4 days later I received my package.

I love ordering from Eotd! The fastest delivery ever to Singapore via DHL Express. I ordered 3 pairs of lenses on wednesday 9pm and received them on Saturday 4pm

Very easy to order from and very fast shipping if you spend over $75 with the 24 hr ship. Though i did order mine during the new years and it took a little longer, I didn't need them right away, so it's all good. Overall, would definitely order again.

The shipping is really fast for example I live in California and it ships from Korea came in less then 5 days and really good quality they are by far the most realistic pair of contacts I’ve gotten and I’ve had many only down side is the the color I chose is very very similar to my natural eye color so its almost to the point it doesn’t even look like I’m even wearing any but the change is subtle I’m not mad and overall pleased with them will definitely buy more in different colors

Poor shopping experience I’ve ever had. Took them a few weeks before letting me know the products I wanted is out of stock. And when I’ve requested replacements, again took them days before confirming they are also out of stock. Cancelled the whole order and said they’ve processed the refund, which will take up to 4 business days to show on my credit card. It’s been 2 weeks now and they’ve not even processed the refund!!

It’s a partial review as I haven’t received the product yet, indeed I want to focus on their intentionally misleading content claiming they will deliver in 3 days.
Not true and orders can’t be cancelled even if they don’t comply to the agreement of purchase. Beware

Good quality and pretty lenses. Comfortable to wear. Unfortunately it does not come with a case and solution so you have to provide one for yourself. Keep this in mind if you're new to contact lenses especially.

I bought more than $75+ worth of products to receive 1-3 days express shipping. After order was place it took 10 days for me to receive the WRONG products. They also entered my shipping address INCORRECTLY (I entered the correct address) made the order fail to deliver until I ask DHL for help. If you want to waste your time, money just to receive the wrong items, wait for their lengthy processing to get your money back then shop here. Will give 0 star if I could. I ordered spend for express shopping because I needed my lenses on time, now it’s 10 days and I got the wrong product, after resolving delivery issues and wrong address on their end. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

The contacts are great. However, they do take awhile to ship out even with express shipping. (Expected to be 1-3 days to arrive). However, it takes them up to like 3-4 days to ship out. I hope they would have reflected the real time on the website. My contacts didn’t come on time for an event because of the misleading description.

I ordered these on April 24th.. it is May 3rd, 2022 and I still haven't received them yet. Express shipping but is it really? when I'm getting my product approximately 2 weeks over? unprofessional and unresponsive company.

I paid $8 for 1-4 buisiness day and it took almost two weeks! Then when I got my contacts, I tried them on and the right contact tore. I was gentle with them too. I know how to handle contacts because I wear them all the time. Very unsatisfied with them and will not purchase from them anymore.
