Easy to use - carer quality varies.
I have had a great experience with home touch overall, the service is easy to use and has made life a lot easier for my family. You may need to try a few carers before you find one that is the most suitable for your needs. This is understandable.

Invaluable resource during difficult time
The website was easy to use and an invaluable resource for me as I was trying to find last minute night cover for a relative who had dementia and had been admitted to hospital.
The carer profiles are very clear and I really liked the way that I could search for exactly what was needed. It was also great to see how local the carers were to the hospital as their profiles tell you what town/area they live in.
I found it easy to set up a contract once I had chosen the carer and the payment process was straightforward.
The carer that I used was very professional, reliable, and took very good care of my relative.
Thank you for this service - it honestly made a hugely positive impact for not only my relative, but the family too.

Wonderful carer
Jamie was very quick to see exactly how things were when my husband came home after several months in hospital, suffering from depression. His recommendations were excellent and we found just the right person straight away. It has made such a difference having someone around who is so sensitive, caring and great company. He is at ease with the whole family and we all really enjoy his visits.

A great way to choose care
The idea that you can choose the Carer and in our case see a video of the Carer is a major change that has great advantages.
This enabled us to find a real gem of a Carer.

Fantastic
I would highly recommend HomeTouch.
My father was very suddenly diagnosed with an aggressive terminal brain tumor. We bought him for a month and literally had to find 24 hour care immediately. HomeTouch made the whole process easy and we had a couple of fantastic carers from them. They were easy to get hold of and have a fantastic online booking system. I was able to meet the carers and was given a selection.

A fantastic Service
I've recently organised a carer for my aunt through HomeTouch. It was really easy and greatly reduced the work and worrying for me. I don't even live in England, but using the HomeTouch site I could see a range of carers near my aunt. Their photos, qualifications, experience and even interests were there for me to see instantly on my laptop or iPhone and I could pick carers that I thought might be suitable and message them back and forth. I had a phone interview with the carer I finally picked and a friend, who lives nearby, interviewed her in person. She's been working for 5 weeks now and she's absolutely amazing. She's kind and conscientious and very able, and she contacts me regularly to keep me up to date. I know HomeTouch monitor her, and Payments and contracts are visible to me online. My aunt is well cared for and I couldn't be happier.
