Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We’re Neptune.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.

We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

We ordered a parasol from Neptune on 29…

We ordered a parasol from Neptune on 29 May 2026. When delivered on 3rd June, it was found to be damaged. We contacted the Fulham store to organise a replacement component ( the parasol itself) and the collection of the broken parasol. The replacement was due to be delivered and the broken one collected on Tuesday 16th June. This did not happen. There was no communication at all about not collecting. We wasted a whole day waiting in and the van did not arrive. The replacement did arrive on Wednesday 17th June, but the driver would not take the broken parasol. We complained via the Fulham store and told them to cancel the sale as we had lost confidence in both the product and the delivery service. A further collection date ( for damaged and replacement parasols) was agreed for Friday 19th June between 8 am and 12 noon. This did not happen. The Fulham store was unable to tell us if the collection would take place at all. They were keen to set up yet another date, without any thought for the continued personal inconvenience to us.
We are still waiting for confirmation when the collection will happen. We have found the customer service to be completely unacceptable and will never use Neptune again.

Emma-Louise was incredibly helpful…

Emma-Louise was incredibly helpful today. We went into the store to see the products in person before ordering and to make sure we were choosing the right ones. She didn’t rush us at all and was super nice throughout. The store has a lovely atmosphere, and everyone was so welcoming. I would highly recommend Emma-Louise and all the staff at Neptune.

I had the best in store service

I had the best in store service, over the telephone service, service in terms of timing of the delivery and the delivery driver was the nicest kindest service orientated driver I have ever experienced. SUPERB!

Excellent customer experience

Excellent service from the start. Love the Keswick mirrors we purchased! A special mention for your two delivery personnel, Mihai and Nimel. Their courtesy, consideration and overall manner was exceptional. Besides, they arrived exactly when they said they would! What a bonus!! A credit to your company!

Substandard bespoke order

Bespoke order delivered to worse standard than Ikea after 7 weeks in production - told to purchase additional paint to apply another coat on site despite having purchased and paid a premium for a finished product ready to install. The zig-zag shelf supports are made from plywood and finished to such standard that extra attention is needed when touching to avoid splinters.

All staff - 5 stars

Shop staff at Fulham and Wimbledon were very helpful and spent time with us. We were able to see and test our sofas before deciding. The delivery team were extremely efficient.

Everybody in NEPTUNE is so kind and…

Everybody in NEPTUNE is so kind and polite and tries so hard to make everything easy for their customer. I ordered by mistake only one plant pot and I needed to plant pots. Not only did they send it immediately within 24 hours but they refunded me the difference for delivery I can’t thank the staff enough it just a wonderful shop with beautiful things And kind kind people….. It’s very rare to find Thank you for everything

Excellent service

Excellent service. Staff go above and beyond. Staff in the Wandsworth Bridge Road shop spent unhurried time explaining products and were patient helping me to choose without any pressure. Staff are lovely.

Couldn’t ask for better service. Marcie and her manager effortlessly guided me through my purchase and went to added lengths to ensure all bases with my order. A** a real credit to the business and brand.

Fantastic furniture and great staff

The staff in the Fulham Neptune shop were so helpful when I went in to order the
Chichester potboard, advising on colour and handles etc. and also baskets to go on the bottom shelf.
it arrived more quickly than expected and the delivery drivers were fantastic (so polite and careful) and we love the sideboard, it fits in perfectly in our kitchen and is so well made. Also comes with a handy small pot of paint for any touch ups.
Love everything in Neptune!

Turning something negative into something really positive.

After some unexpected repairs and building work, I decided to make a tough experience positive by gifting myself the new Neptune kitchen which I had long wanted.
The team at Neptune were amazing: professional, helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with.
Starting with the design team George supported by Kristy, to delivery, through to the fitting by Lee and Ben and then final painting by Graham and Stuart, everything went smoothly and was done on time.
The whole project was managed by Greg, who made sure I new what was happening, checked in with me throughout and even made an extra visit to deal with a walking washing machine !
Thank you to the whole team for making the process easy and the end result perfect.

Top quality kitchen

Very pleased with the quality of my Neptune kitchen. The process was smooth and well coordinated. I received very good advice from Alessio on the design and appliances and the project management and fitting was expertly handled by Greg and Lee. Thank you, Neptune!
