You charge way to much for financial pay. No I would not refer this company.

They don’t tell you what the whole program entails . They just tell you what you want to hear so they can lure you into it . Their communication is very bad . They don’t communicate with any of your creditors, you might end up in court with your creditors.. without them knowing unless you inform them.
I won’t encourage anyone to sign Up with them .

These Gals and Guys took one of the most embarrassing and stressful times of my life and made it easier to deal with.
Now whenever I get one of th8 "get ready to go to court and lose everything you have" messages, cause just let the calls go to voicemail as advised, I know it is just bluff.

withdrew from my account even they knew I couldnt meet the limit thanks to judgemenet when everything over 100.00 dollars would be taken by debt collector. put my account into negative ballance where all I could do was close it.

Not everything is explained clearly at the start, when something comes up that you don't understand you have to call and ask what is going on and sometimes it still isn't clear, very confusing

I had very good experience, whenever i call I used to Get very satisfy answer,who ever picks up the phone call they right answer, I TRUST very much till to the end and they negotiated very smoothly, and my problem was solved, thanks again...

When I was first explained how the program worked I was told SEVERAL TIMES that the services were free. Come to find out once they get a settlement from one of my accounts they're charging 22% for their fee on top of the settlement which is ridiculous. You should tell people that before you have them sign up. If I known that ahead of time I would've NEVER used net debt. I would've worked out other options.
