Net Debt free for 24 months.

I was with net debt for a about 3 months and they were able to do a settlement with one of mycredit card. They are working hard to get you free of debt . Thank you all.

Great team working hard for me.

What I love about them is the answer their phone calls. And the gentleman that signed me.Adam he cared a lot because he called me back as well when something happened. They have a great team that's helping they already settled one det for me. I would recommend them truly and they're still working hard for me as we speak.

Pay Garnishment

I love the services, and the customer service. The reason why I rated this way is because I had a creditor who filed a claim against me; Netdebt didn't assist with this situation very well! To make a long story short; I ended up with a pay garnishment that caused me financial hardship, and I made it clear with Netdebt this was not the route I wanted to take. I feel like I didn't get good representation they didn't advise me, or protected me as their client. Maybe they don't have the training, or it just wasn't apart of the buisness plan on how to protect and assist clients in this situation. Hopefully they revisit this type of situation and do better at protecting the client .

3 months from being at the end of my…

3 months from being at the end of my program, I get an email stating that I need to deposit $5004.46 on top of the deposits I have already made. My beginning debt was only 10,200 to begin with. I have been in the program since Jan 2018. Let's do the math....... so far I have deposited $5593.22, I don't think I could pay 1 of those months so I am $284.43 behind schedule, that is according to their website under "your Progress". Ok so let's add this up, I've paid $5593.22 and they want me to pay an additional $5004.46 = $10,597.68. Wait..... my beginning debt was only $10,205.00. So I call and question a representative about this who said there was nothing I could do, except for cancel the service come January. When I asked for her supervisor she told me she was the supervisor, so again, I asked her to let me speak to her supervisor, she once again stated she did not have one. This conversation took place on 10/4/2019 with Brittany Bell as the name she gave me. We started going through the numbers and she realized something must be wrong, that she would call me back that day after she spoke to someone. Needless to say I did not receive a call back that day (did I really expect one from these people.....NO).So Monday 10/7/2019 I receive a phone call from Brittany Bell stating they looked at the account and I would only need to make 7 additional payments to cover the cost. Ok, math time again, to me 7 additional payments means 7 more than the original amount. So I still owed 3 payments plus 7 additional is $2,943,80, this added to what I have already paid $5593.22 = $8537.02. This is only 16.35% savings from the amount I originally owed. Wait.... what happened to paying only 50 to 60% of my debt and I would be debt free????? When I asked Brittany Bell why this is happening she told me that the percentage rate of the cards are so high............. Are they trying to tell me they didn't check the APR before coming to the monthly payment amount multiplied by the amount of months of the program equalling what I would need to pay to finish the program? I told Brittany Bell I was not satisfied with that answer, so she is supposed to call me back today. Not only has my credit taken a huge hit, from the low 700's to now the low 500's, but they want me to pay more for this service. I keep getting told, once the debts are settled my credit will go back up. Yep, they will, but there will be notations on my report where the debt was settled for a less amount, and my score may go up a few points, but nothing close to where it began. This has been a huge mistake on my part. I hoping someone from netdebt see's this, and fixes this before this goes any further as my next step is to post a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, then getting some legal advice and taking whatever steps are necessary from there.

Customer Service is unimportant.

The customer service was bad. Rude, unknowledgeable about my acct. I had to call continously to find out if they were reaching out to my creditors. Every time i called, no one had any updates. And everyone treated me as if my call was unimportant.
