Original order was quoted at £6.95 delivery, but when they quote anytime between 8am-6pm delivery and you pop out for 10 mins and miss the delivery, they want to charge you another £62!! to redeliver. Customer service were disgraceful and very patronising and offered zero help to resolve the situation. To get a refund on my £500 order I was still charged the £62 cancellation fee. SEEMS LIKE A GOOD WAY TO MAKE MONEY FOR A RIP OFF COMPANY !

just in response to your review. Unfortunately, when you order items on a next working day delivery it is any time between 8am and 6pm. The courier did try to call you. We also tried to contact you on the phone later to discuss the redelivery charge but we also didn't get any answer. Hence the conversation we had to have on the email. To explain the redelivery charge. Your order was 1 Wall Cabinet and 1 Floor Cabinet. Both are heavy and shipped on seperate pallets. The couriers charge us £62.00 to either redeliver to you or return back to us. You where unhappy to pay this and instead of calling me to discuss you sent an email with three options on. I picked your option three which was to cancel the order and as you said in the option you would pay the return delivery charge to us of £62.00 as per your Consumer Credit Rights. This seemed the best option as you wern't happy about waiting in again on Friday for the redlivery and I didn't want the couriers to miss you again and involve another redilvery charge.

Some extra product info for novices like us could have been helpful, we over ordered accessories, as unclear to us with little experience of rack cabinets and what is included/needed.

My orders have been dispatch immediately and arrived on time. The first order was dispatched with the item in the wrong colour. They sent a replacement of the right colour straight away. I have ordered other items since and these have been spot on.
