Excellent product and great customer service

I was unsure about ordering one of the livestock polytunnels as I have previously had 2 wooden field shelters destroyed by storms however when the package arrived I was very pleasantly surprised by how substantial the framework and PVC are. The customer service was also excellent and delivery was within days of me ordering 😁

I complained about the gable ends to my field shelter soon after it was installed. They are useless and certainly not fit for purpose. I was fobbed off with platitudes and empty promises but nothing was resolved. The bits of elastic that hold the gable ends in place are broken with the slightest breeze. This causes the ends to flap back and forward, rubbing away the grass and flicking mud onto everything contained with in the field shelter. Numerous complaints have resulted in nothing but empty promises. Do not buy from this company, whilst the frames are good and solid the gable ends are useless and furthermore their apologies and offers to correct the issues are empty and meaningless. If you look at their website it states no reviews have been left about the gable ends but I know for a fact that they fail to print the reviews that expose how useless their product is which is dishonourable practise in my opinion.

Very helpful over the phone and they have a website that works well for ordering extra parts. For roof fruit cage nets their prices are as cheap as any other supplier and their dispatch and delivery times next working day. Tufnells did the deliveries.

An excellent company from start to finish. Ordering process was really easy, delivery was virtually next day and the instructions and videos on YouTube turned the polytunnel erection process from what could have been really complicated to really easy.

Thumbs up...even when i had a query about fitting the side vents, they answered the phone straight away and put me straight on to someone who knew exactly what to do and helped me.

The 4m X 8m animal shelter is well designed and manufactured. It's very sturdy and the the ground anchor screws are substantial. Instructions are very good. I received some good advice from the team at Northern Polytunnels and their customer service is friendly and efficient. It's in our field for our two horses to shelter in.

Prompt delivery and reasonable price for a good product

Happy with the service and product but a huge amount of unnecessary plastic packaging - very environmentally unfriendly and a pain in the neck to get into!

Easy to navigate site, good info on product & measuring polythene. Quick delivery and all ready to refurbish the poly tunnel. Result!

I admit that i got confussed on your web so i rang on the Monday Morning early to clarify. The gent confirmed that i had not ordered the correct size and advised that he would arrange a refund, (which he did) and said i should go back on site and order what I required. On the Monday morning I had mistakenly phoned Premieer Tunnels and asked them if I had ordered from them the correct size. They were most helpful and did the calculations with me. Told me i had not ordered from them, so i left it and got hold of the unhelpful Gent (as above). Decided that because he was not helpful, I rang back premier and placed order with them. (Be more helpful to customers who get confused) I'm over 70.

Ordered a fruitcage from NP and it arrived very quickly. If it weren’t for the delivery experience they would have got 5 stars. However, their couriers let them down. I had no notification of when the delivery was scheduled (was told I would be) and coming home found the parcels dumped in my front drive. No one signed for the delivery and the box with all the fittings was badly damaged. The cage itself is great.

Good quality product. Delivered in good time. Straightforward to construct with clear instructions and a very helpful video on the website. All parts clearly packaged and numbered. Good communication with company.
