Coventry depot was very accommodating…
Coventry depot was very accommodating on collection time as I explained I am working away in Lincoln. Staff were very helpful special mention for Dajinder, (Jin) who was extremely helpful polite courteous and sorted the slight problem out we had with the wording on my insurance policy in a very professional and kind manner. The whole experience from Karl setting up my account to driving my new van which is fantastic was a very pleasant transaction THANK YOU

5 stars - Brilliant experience from start to finish
Just picked up a new fleet of electric vans through Northgate and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, making what could have been a complicated process feel completely straightforward. The handover was smooth and efficient - no unnecessary back and forth, everything was ready to go. We were also really impressed by the range of electric vehicles available; plenty of choice to find the right fit for our fleet needs. Would highly recommend Northgate to any business looking to make the switch to electric. We'll definitely be back.

I had the van serviced and some work done on it at grovelands in cov and thought the engineer was brilliant he explained what he done and what needs doing at a later date normally they just give you the keys back I asked at reception who he was she said that's Glyn so I said he's good

They gave me pizza, made me many cups of tea kept me smiling and were great customer service staff. Deserve a great payrise,and should have a direct line to each depo. Address needs to be clearer on location.
