Purchased an Audi TT last week & I’ve waiting a few days to put my review on just in case. More than happy with my purchase, staff very helpful. No pushy sales which I loved! Will defo recommend.

Absolute joke of a company! After sales manager is condescending and takes days to call you back. They have had my car for nearly 3 weeks to fix a fault under their warranty. I still have not heard what is wrong with it or if it’s fixable. I guarantee if I was paying for the work to be done it would have been far quicker. Avoid like the plague!!

This dealership is not worth the 1 star.
I have been lied to, fed false information, accused of being aggressive and loud towards staff to which is lies.
Ignored with my complaints that they refused to investigate.

They received the money for my vehicle but denied that they had received it, using this as an excuse to why my new vehicle wasn't ready for collection also stating that they are waiting for parts for thr vehicle.
When I proved that payment had been received they cancelled the sale of the vehicle blaming a third party for all the confusion and delay.
A member of staff at the Dealership signed the back of a bussiness card that if I could prove that the vehicle had been paid for then I could have the car for Free, obviously they wouldn't stick to this signed note..
Reporting to the FCA to be investigated.

I bought a car in Jan 24 - It took 3 weeks to prepare the car from attempting to buy it. When I finally got the car it was a dangerous death trap as the clutch barely worked even though it had recent MOT! I took the car back and subsequent contact from NWA to me was poor leaving me to chase things up on daily basis and frequently being fobbed off. NWA took 6 days to change the clutch leaving me without a car and refusing to give me a courtesy car. This was the worse car buying experience I've ever had, profit over safety. I've had the car for a year now and I did quickly find other non-disclosed/hidden issues but rectified these issues myself as I could not trust NWA.

Scammers don't do it! Avoid Avoid Avoid. Dont trust them. Cowboys

Your a joke do not buy a car from here you steal peoples money sell them shit cars like the dad of matilda and ur customer service needs updating in fact just employ someone with better communication skills I will be taking this further.
