My friend bought a Ford Kuga from these guys and he has had so many problems with the car - even stuff they promised to fix has not been fixed.

The day he drove away with the car, when he got home the engine light came on. NWA asked "did you inspect the car when you collected it?" - what a load of rubbish !

When the car was purchased they were asked to fix a leak in the boot - this was not done and when it rained, it leaked.

They were asked to test and replace the battery - they did not and we ended up buying a new battery.

We also ended up fitting a new speed sensor as well as tracing an electrical fault and fixing that too.

The log book has not been sent to DVLA and we are 6 weeks down the road now. We told them about the problems and they said to call back - we went once and they said "Oh you should have come at 9am, the ramps are not free now". Its all excuses and I would definitely avoid this company - they are selling vehicles with problems and they are best avoided.

In summary - they sold us a car with problems and made all the excuses under the planet. They also like to talk over you when you call them and say things like "I was not there when the sale was done" etc.. => usual bogus excuses and arguments on the phone.

Just picked up my car ,very helpful staff, so far so good.
