Excellent service as ever!

Placed order for an item showing as in stock on their website. One week later, no updates about my order. I e-mailed requesting an update after four days - no reply. Contacted store, who cannot cancel the order and suggested I sent another e-mail.

Accurate stock levels and frequent communication are essential when operating an online business. Nottingham Hifi have fallen short of the mark.

Recently purchased a Chord Ground Aray. Due to me altering my set-up I needed to ask them to swap this over twice for me (!) for different connection configurations. They were extremely helpful and efficient and made it all very easy, quick and hassle free. Really first-class customer service from this dealer who went the extra mile to help me. Very highly recommended.

I bought the Auralic vega-s1 and power supply from Nottingham hifi but had a problem with the PSU. I had a follow up call from Anthony to see if everything was ok. I explained to him about the problem with the psu and he offered straight away to exchange the unit for another new one which he has done this morning. Excellent service well done Nottingham hifi.

Bought a new system consisting of turntable, amp, cd player, streamer & speakers to replace one I'd had for 25 years. Great advice, quality equipment, competitive price and first class service. Anthony also did a first class job on the installation so I highly recommend.

Helpful staff, wasn't sure which model would fit my car, which they advised me on over an online chat. Easy to place the order, informed throughout of the delivery date, which came the next date!!

Window shopped a couple of times and enjoyed the shop presentation! Eventually it drew me in for an initial purchase of some chord speaker cable,only to return some time later to buy a wonderful Arcam amp and Pmc speakers. Both Amp and speakers were demonstrated and compared with a different speaker set up. The process was relaxed and good service offered by Mr Andrew Kemp.
Following delivery further contact was made as to wether the system was working correctly .

Placed an order for a turntable that showed in stock online , 1 week later zero communication regarding delivery so I called only to be informed it was out of stock with them and the manufacturer and send an email if i wanted to cancel, which i did. Zero apologies, zero communication , not even an acknowledgement about my cancellation.

More communication would have been helpful as I had to wait a week for a order and delivery update. Apart from that I am happy with my experience.

Customer service none existent. Went in despite the bad reviews - big mistake. Went in my work scruffs and the chap couldn’t be bothered with me and when he did speak he did so condescendingly. Avoid. There are many alternatives that offer genuine good customer service

Everything went smoothly & delivered on time

Audio technica had a UK shortage at the time of order, however Nottingham Hifi were in touch straight away.asking if I'd like to continue due to the lead time from the manufacturer. I'm happy with the level of communication and the items were shipped and arrived in top condition. 10 out of 10 many thanks
