Anthony was very helpful, and gave sound advice (pun intended). Free delivery of 2 pairs of speakers for a home demo, free loan of premium speaker stands and cables, great price on a quite difficult to find power amp, and brillaint advice on upgrading my amplification.

My system is sounding way better than it did, and the upgrade was relatively inexpensive.

Anthony, very helpful, re-terminated my Chord speaker cables on a Sunday and contacted me on the same day .I've paid for the work, which was done at a very favorable price, resulting in the cables being shipped to me tomorrow.

Used Nottingham Hi Fi to upgrade my cables at Chord to SarumT. Excellent experience and will continue to use them for my hi-fi needs.

Good stock holding. Efficient delivery, although tracking/delivery info could have been better.

Placed order and received no shipping confirmation, made two phone calls to chase up and eventually received the order 15 days later. I never received a shipping notification in the end which made the whole process confusing for not only me but seemingly the shop staff too. Price was good but I don’t think I’ll be using this shop again.

Great customer service. Item I ordered online was in fact oos. Phone call from them with knowledgeable and great recommendations for alternatives in similar price point but decided to upgrade. Swift delivery.

Really bad experience. Ordered a phono cartridge and after a few days waiting considered messaging them and the advisor told me they’re out of stock but will order next week, so I waited a week to hear any news, until got a call that all that was mistake and they never ordered anything. I got my money back but this was awful waste of time and I really need a phono cartridge to start listening to records!

Don’t buy from them, trouble and nothing more

Prompt despatch and delivery. I ordered a pair of floor standing speakers. The package was very heavy, and showed a lot of transit damage. One end was completely open, and all four corners were split. The polystyrene protection had been crushed and broken-up (due to being dropped from height, several times, no doubt). Both speaker cabinets were damages. One has a 2in by 1/4in chip at the front edge and a small edge chip on top. The other has a 1/2in edge chip on top. I'm amazed that both speakers still work and sound great.
I sent them a message via their website form but, alas, never received a reply. The box is too damaged to return them. The least I would expect is some compensation for the damage. I have photos of the box and damage.

Ordered an item at 3 pm, and it arrived by courier at 7.30 am the next morning! Always great to find companies who don't cut corners when it comes to using decent delivery companies. For the first time, I have just purchased a pair of speakers from Nottingham Hi Fi Centre,
Anthony dealt with my order and i must say its the best service and experience I've had in over 50 years of purchasing my music 🎵 systems.

Fantastic online pricing, slick website and super fast shipping for 3/4 of my order but still missing the last 1/4. Apparently on back order but no idea when this will arrive and no further comms since calling for update last weekend. I'm sure it will turn up eventually but a little bit more customer support when things aren't going to plan would have been nice. Sorry only three stars this time.
