Placed an order for a record cleaning brush which on the website was Instock, only to get an email the next day to say Out of Stock.
Ordered a different type of cleaning brush only for the same thing happening, Out of stock.
Used the company before but now cannot trust them.

This is my second order for a Puritian power cable, bith times the order was process quickly and was deliverd as promosed.

I will be back again as my system requirements grow.

Bought a turntable, amp and speakers from Nottingham Hi-Fi centre. I didn’t really know what i was looking for, but Anthony provided great advice on the right system for the size and shape of room, incorporated my tv into the system and ensured it was extendable to enable me to add additional outdoor speakers in future. I was really happy with the system and the price and they even delivered and set it up for me. Brilliant service, great value!

Ordered Edifier speakers and they arrived within a couple of days.

I don't like to leave independent businesses like this bad reviews, but I hope this feedback helps them grow and improve their customer relations. I'm sure visiting the shop in person is a fantastic experience, but online they really need to improve their customer services. I sent multiple emails and had little to no responses on some of them. For the record the product I received was great.

On advice from Anthony at Nottigham hifi, I purchased the Puritan psm156 (due to my erratic and messy power supply) what can I say, well it was left powered up, as advised for 2 weeks. What an incredible difference it's made. It's the sound I'd always hoped for.

There's nothing I hate more than companies who advertise products they don't even have in stock. I ordered a Quad preamp and paid £10.00 extra for next day delivery. By 2pm the next day I'd received no email to say the product had been dispatched and called Nottingham HiFi to enquire on the order status. He took my order number and said he'd call be back in 20 minutes. By 5pm he'd not called back and I called again. I was told they didn't have it in stock and they'd contacted Quad to have it delivered directly from them, and it would be with me on Monday. Yes I said, but I ordered it for Friday because I'm not in on Monday... His response... Oh it probably wont be there on Monday anyway, it'll be Tuesday! Tuesday comes, and I get another email, not from Quad, but from Nottingham HiFi to say my order 'is being made ready for dispatch.' Clearly they'd lied and hadn't passed it to Quad for direct dispatch from them. I did in fact receive delivery about an hour after receiving their email saying it had been picked. I don't appreciate being lied to and this company clearly have issues with customer service and fulfilling orders. I've used Nottingham HiFi for the first and last time.

I ordered a pair of SVS subwoofer cables online and the whole transaction was excellent fast shipping well packaged highly recommended. Would use again 👍

Great customer service. Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave excellent advice and explained everything to me in a straightforward way. I am very pleased with the items I purchased (TV, record deck and bluetooth speakers). I would definitely recommend Nottingham HiFi.

Started spamming me with emails: when i asked to be removed from their mailing list, I received a confirmation they would do this . . . two days later it started again. I asked again but was just told to unsubscribe (which I had done previously). The emails then became more frequent - I got the impression someone there thought it would be funny to email me more, following my requests to desist. In the end I've just blocked them, as they appear too stupid to communicate with. The funny thing is that I am into my hifi but after witnessing their behaviour, not only will I never spend any of my money with them, I will actively discourage family & friends, and people I know on my various hifi related social media groups. So in the end, ha ha ha, the joke is on Nottingham HiFi.
