The advice, support, AND the prices at Nottingham HiFi are nothing short of excellent. It's natural to think that the biggest online retailer (with the smile logo) will have the best prices. In my experience Nottingham Hi-Fi beat them every single time. And don't forget, every time you order from the biggest online retailer, you drive home one more nail into the coffin of real shops staffed by actual people (who are experts) on the High Street. And when they've gone, they'll be no more expert advice, no more helpful support, no more technical know-how on the end of the phone or actual shop to visit to see what you're considering before you buy. It's a no brainer really.

Great communication,s promptly replied to my question, fast delivery, not unpacked yet as it for Xmas.would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing anything.

The lads in the shop were very helpful and could not do enough to help, what was weird was they offered me a discount and I did not even ask for it. I did not say no 😁 by far the best HiFi store in miles

problem with returning defective goods , smiles when purchasing, but then ignorance , They are stalling with the client's money. although the money is finally on its way, I see that there is still five pounds missing . I'm surprised that despite the undermined reputation of the store, it joins with others to survive . The next stage will probably be a connection with a grocery discount store. If anything, I'm waiting for my five pounds

My wife and I recently purchased a Sonus Faber Omnia where Hi-Fi meets Wi-Fi - after a few connection issues Anthony visited our property to ensure we were getting the correct high speed Broadband connection - within no time he had connected the system streaming high resolution audio files with no true sound loss playing music as the record producer originally intended - the sound reproduction produced is really fantastic Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, The Who, Frank Zappa, Small Faces, The Kinks, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Elton John & Queen sound out of this world with no distortion even when played at full volume - My wife’s classical opera and Chopin were such a pleasure to listen to - once again the expertise, patience and overall knowledge of Anthony was invaluable - a true ambassador for the company and comes so Highly Recommended A***** from Lee & Louise Fairless 👍

Telephoned Antony about the Quad Artera Monos and before I knew it he'd got me a pair for demo at home for the week. Decided to buy them and after chats with Antony about setup, have them installed in my system. Would describe Nottingham Hi-Fi as very professional and helpful. Thank-you

I had a firmware problem with with my new Cyrus power supply and Anthony came out to my home on a Sunday,unbelievable, which is a four hour round journey and sorted the problem, you could never get better service than that, absolutely brilliant thank you so much Anthony and Nottingham Hifi,Peter.

Exceptional service from Anthony in this Hifi shop. Phoned ,visited and made purchase on same day ! Thanks mainly down to how my queries were answered and the knowledge Anthony showed throughout my enquiry. This alone would be a 5 star rating but what made it Exceptional was the aftercare. When I returned home store was then shut but Anthony had provided me with an email address if any issues with installation. He cont'd to make contact into early evening until my items were installed and working ! SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!! 👍👍

I ordered a Chord Power lead and when it arrived I realised that I had by accident ordered the incorrect plug connector to a Chord amp.
Anthony has gone well beyond the norm to help get me on the right track. Service and support like this is hard to find but based on my experience it resides at Nottingham Hi Fi in abundance. Many thanks indeed.

Just bought the blok stax 450 3 shelf hifi stand. Absolutely love it, it's made my hifi come alive again wish I got one awhile back. It just looks so great I'm lovinging it. It was also the cheapest price anywhere beleive me I looked everywhere. So glad I purchased this 1 and the guys was great when contacting them thank you so much again u have 1 happy customer.

Excellent service as always from Martyn and the gang. The turntable sounds fantastic after a bit of TLC from the team.

Deplorable service.This company only deals with you if you are a customer. Don't expect answers to technical queries. No experts only sales people. Emails won't get replied to.

Really Nice Store with good advice and low pricing.

Have used Nottingham Hi-Fi for many years and still cannot get over their helpfulness and support whether looking at new equipment or sorting problems with equipment installed years ago.
Recently visited and their new setup must rank with the best in the country and how lucky we are having them on our doorstep. In my case the doorstep being about 45 mins away.

Steve was the most knowledgable fellow in terms of the product range and was totally awesome on customer care and service - he knows the way the products sound together which is what you need - he also listened - understood my budget and created a brilliant buying experience - fabulous .

I bought some new modules for my hi fi system and couldn’t connect myself due to arthritis. I rang Nottingham Hi Fi and arranged for an engineer to come out and install. Antony came out yesterday and sorted things out, so I had the afternoon to play with my new toys! I discovered a couple of glitches so they said Antony would contact me today. He came at lunchtime and everything is sorted out now. I am extremely happy with the service I have had and would recommend them to anyone.
