I have had the displeasure of join in this sham of a gambling site.
Gambling shouldn't actually be in the title, as they are scammers.
I have recently won 1,500e through their horse racing part of the business, but have lost around 4k doing this.
Then they start letting you bet about 2e on a race. or stall your bet so you cannot place it in time.
I thought a gambling site was about gambling, so dont dare win any money or you will be penalised.
Also, they never give you the better odds after a race is run, which is illegal no???
They give you the absolute worst odds they can and call themselves a gambling site.
Bunch of scam artist who should be shut down for their dishonest activity.

They decided to cancel winnings around 5k euros claiming wrong odds with no further explaination . True thives . Avoid them at all costs!

Such an awful casino, won money fairly (no bonuses involved) and they refuse to pay, they send generic emails saying “we are looking into this” over and over again. Let’s spread the word to get this company through the media and closed down and prosecuted.

sends out emails with offers that dont exsist customer support is horrible when you eventually get through to them a terrible experiance i dont like leaving negative reviews but people should be aware that this casino is not to be trusted the chat bot puts you on hold until bonuses expire took me 30 hours to get a response from support only to be told my bonus expired.

Atrocious betting site for horse racing......their prices are well below market rates, they do not offer best odds guaranteed or first past the post settlement.

Never pay out. If you withdraw with wrong payment option it will be declined in hours. If you withdraw with right one, well 7-days and waiting. It is a scam, avoid at any cost.

THIEVES. There were some times that you won money and when you were ready to make a deposit, an error occurred: "We are sorry for the inconvenience" for this "type of technical error" when you had placed your bet the odds were wrong (something that is entirely on THEIR part). Not only not gave money back after the "wrong odds" betting, but also they didnt permit the rest winning money for deposit. Ιn general the conclusion is this:
You may be lucky for short time and make some money, but in the not distance future: STAY AWAY

The voided my bet cause the player did not start however he played 30mins and shot on target as the bet was.
They never reply their emails.
In general bad bad customer service

just regular scam website. if you win some money they will never pay to you. They would make you waiting weeks and anyway never pay

They will do everything possible to delay and not pay out winnings. They want massive amounts of documentation even after you got your KYC verification. The customer service team don't need to track issues with the same customer, it's like they open a new case everytime. Management is unaccountable and I was told through webchat I couldn't speak to the manager. I will say that the phone line service is slightly better, but again they try to fob you off and say we'll be in touch through email.

Disgraceful company, really just scamming behaviour. Please for the love of God just use Bet365/Skybet/Paddy Power/Ladbrokes. Novibet have caused an unbelievable amount of stress.

Terrible Customer Service. Their customer service is useless, I have had multiple issues, every time they tell you to email support but they never reply or fix any issues. They had a free game where you can win a share of €1000, but once I won it the first time they stopped letting me play. They are a scam.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I would have rather give zero stars. This company is a complete utter scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They withhold any winnings and never pay out. They keep requesting further documents to verify you and each time you do, they ask for more and more proof with the hope that you give up and cancel your withdrawal and bet it away so you lose and they don’t have to pay out. I am shocked that they have gotten away with this for so long. They should be reported. Scammed hundreds of ppl out of thousands of euro on trustpilot and askgamblers.com you can read all the other reviews saying the exact same thing.
