I have been with Novibet for a week and unfortunately have just requested account closure. I liked the structure of the website and I felt that the welcome offer was generous so I signed up. I would consider myself a small stakes pastime punter with most interest in Rugby Union Markets. However, I also enjoy an occasional punt on horseracing so was disappointed to learn that Novibet do not offer Best Odds Guaranteed.
Novibet had a Promo on the opening 6 Nations match France V Ireland which offered an ascending scale of free bets based on the size of bet placed. The free bet conditions were that the participant must press the green button to claim the Promo and that the odds were to be a minimum 1/2 on pre match or in play. I followed this, accepted under the terms and immediately placed an E50 bet on the France v Ireland match. A Free bet of E25 should have issued on a bet of E50 or over within 24hrs after event is over. I received a free bet of E5 on Friday night and have engaged twice with Novibet's Live Chat to query why the Free bet of E25 had not issued. I have just been advised that the Free bet of E5 issued was based on an earlier bet I had placed (a rugby accumulator) But that bet was placed outside and previous to any promo. As mentioned - the T&C's were clear re acceptance prior to availing of the Promo. I was disappointed to have to argue this with an agent as my Bet history is clear wrt times and magnitude of bets. I pursued this on principle, but cannot expend further time on this. So I have decided to close the account. I could not have any confidence going forward with this firm.

Honestly I haven't had to bad of an experience with novibet until recently, they have started to take my deposit from my bank but not show up in my betting account and when I contact them about it I have to provide screenshots and it takes quite a while to get a response on if my money is going to be returned.

Complete run around. Guessing they’re running into cash flow issues or exit scamming? I’ve withdrawn from dozens of sportsbooks and never had an issue. I’m on week 3 and the only word I get from them is that they’re informing the correct department.

Company should be shut down, no issues depositing until I withdrew some money, they then blocked me from depositing. If you plan on withdrawing winnings find a real bookmaker not this circus. Customer service is also terrible. Vidrimis in particular who is aggressive on the phone & not helpful one bit

Worst company ever. Had a bet of over 4.5 cards and the game ended with 4 yellows and 1 red given. The got my bet as lost saying that I bet over 4.5 ‘yellow cards’ and their platform doesn’t not even provide this option. The only word which can describe them is ‘Thiefs’
