After over a year I,Closed my account NOVIBET IRELAND after spending 3months completing loyalty bonus,200k into it .I was just about to finish within next day or 2 and they asked for source of.funds ,money laundering worries ha.i have never withdrawn from them and been playing for a year with them.i was in the top5 in their Novi League contest also

Hi I joined novibet because of the promotions and had bit of luck after a while,when I tried to withdraw what I had won I recieved an email saying my account was not verified and I had to send picture of driving licence front and back and a picture of utility bill with address on it,I did this an while I was waiting I looked up the reviews,I was worried when I read what other people had written about novibet an thought forget it I have no hope of seeing a penny,next day less than 24hours I recieved an email saying account verified and the money was sent to my account,I have been scammed in the past by con sites as far as I can say this is not a scam site if you are going to gamble odds are always in favour of the book maker dont gamble if you cant handle losing

Sportsbook is a scam. If you manage to win they won't just limit you, but find ways to lock your account and take your money.

Crap company, every “promotion” have a crap hidden and trick behind it. When I wanted to pull my money back they asked 10 documents to verify my identity, ok I said, I sent everything and I got my account verified. Hour later I get another email saying that because of their “anti fraud policy “ they cancelled my withdrawal and they are KINDLY asking me to bet my full 20€ xD Just imagine that fcukin donkeys. First betting company wich is asking me to take picture of my credit card? really? so yea, stay away from this donkeys and use paddy power or bet365 like normal person.

I signed up yesterday, on the free bet i won 110 euro and they approved my ID and documentation as part of KYC then i received the email congrats kyc has been approved. The withdraw did not happen and they sent me an email today asking for loads more documentation that is not in there T&C This crowd are a scam run by fraudsters. Unfortunately I played in lots of casinos and I guess when you loose money it is kinda normal to feel cheated but lets face it casinos will always win. At this casino it was so obvious something is a bit fishy from day one. First time I played I won more than £1000 on a slot!! and I was not even playing big bets, I got jackpot on a slot that I have been playing for maybe 15 years and has never ever come up before.
Second day I signed in the same slot had the stop button removed which I thought it was bit strange, the loosing streak started.
Unfortunately I played for months and lost a lot of money. The slots in general behaved weird, playing for hours and never going above what you have put in, just before you about to run out of credits it will give you something and maybe gets up to what you have put it on the day, this was going on for 5, 6 or even 8 hours playing. To me this seems to be a way of showing that it gives you a % back from what you put in but was always when you were almost at £0.
I can go on forever about this casino but the most obvious incident that kinda proved how dodgy this company is/was is when at some point I started winning something back. For maybe 2 or 3 days I was doing well and had almost 30% of my money back, suddenly the two slots that I was mostly playing stopped working, every time I was trying to go on them I was getting an error, all other slots were working fine!!!!
I contacted customer support they told me to clear cache, switch browsers etc. that I did anyway even tho I knew that this will not fix anything, how all other slots work fine?
I was logging in and trying for maybe a week but always the same error only on those slots I was always playing, finally suddenly the error stopped and I was back on those slots but guess what? My winning streak had disappeared.
I started loosing again and almost at the point that a was about to close my account customer services contacted me asking me to put a limit on my deposits because am spending to much and they want customers to enjoy the experience! That was after I have lost a fortune!!! LOL
I was trying hard to stay calm and not give him a piece of my mind as I had already decided to close account.

I will loose a bit and then stop again. Only once I managed to win something decent and close account before I start loosing again.
