Shocking customer service. Deposited funds and there was a free spins bonus on the deposit. For days the game wouldnt load, kept getting error message. Got on to live chat and they repeatedly blamed the issue on a fault with a provider which was nothing to do with the game I was trying to play it was a separate issue altogether. Then sent an email to support and was told same thing and to be patient. This was after 3 days of patience. Then sent another email asking when would this likely be resolved and simply said why not just give me spins on another game that actually works instead or that it might be an idea not to be offering bonuses on games that don't work. Scam company. For someone who puts so much into advertising on tv , their reputation is so far from it. So many problems regarding identity verification, deposit amounts and randomly suspending your account without giving valid reasons.
