What a complete mistake I made ordering from this company. The day after I ordered I received an email saying that there is a problem with the courier and my two batteries may be held up. Ten days later I received them ! I begged them to ensure a delivery within 7 days as I had a slot booked with the Marina crane to put my boat back into the water. They emailed me back assuring they would overnight courier them for me. Guess what, they didn't and I missed my slot. They arrived two days later ! do not buy anything from these frauds. It would be easier to dig a hole in your back garden and throw your money in that !! When I complained they said "Well you can return them if you're unhappy", no apology at all. Never again. 😒

Complete waste of time
Advertise next day do not deliver next day blame everyone except themselves. Didn't dispatch until after it should have arrived. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE SUPPLIER, never answer phone, if you text about a sale they will respond text about a delivery and they don't. They advertise next day and then send an email next day to say it will take between 5 to 10 days for it to arrive.

very very poor service
Found online and contacted by text (phone goes to voicemail). Immediate response with v good spec and price. Ordered via PayPal on a Wednesday for next day delivery. Had to escalate via PayPal on the following Monday. As of Monday night still no sign on seller's carrier's website. Miraculously arrived Tuesday. Poor comms with seller after deal made, other than initial apology for non-delivery and offer of resend or refund. Opted for resend, but too long in the waiting. So sought refund - silence, hence escalation to PayPal. Since found this seller on eBay and sadly number of negatives rising daily. Shame, so much potential to corner the market.

Don't buy at all
Don't buy at all. All you will do is cause yourself alot of grief.
An old saying goes. If a deal looks too good to be true "It is". Don't waste your hard earned money.
There are some very good suppliers out there.
Check them before you buy please.
